I don't know how true the rumor is, but Andrien Rabiot wouldn't be a bad option for any of the clubs mentioned above, and whilst talking about playing time, a lot has to do with the player himself, if he comes into the team and proves himself to be indispensable, then there is no way the manager can leave him on the bench, because it is only logical to start your best players, those that can lead to you victory more often than not.

Rabiot contract will be expired on June 2023 and because Juventus have no plan to extended his contract so there is no choice for Juventus to sell him this January and actually Rabiot almost moved to Manchester United last summer but because there no agreement between him and Manchester United for the salary so he decide to stayed and Juventus changed their mind currently that they will allowed Rabiot left but it's hard to gets him because after performing well on world cup some clubs besides you mentioned above such as Chelsea and Liverpool also interested to him and reported after winter transfer window opened those teams will officially make bids

As for Arsenal and Chelsea, I'm not sure about that. after all, based on Transfermarkt there is nothing to suggest that the Gunners and The Red Devils are really interested in bringing in Rabiot in January. for Arsenal, Adrien Rabiot will not suit the style of play of The Gunners' youth squad. after all, Arsenal are currently more focused on bringing in Mundrry from Shakhtar Donetsk and several players who have a position as a center forward.
