Seeing how Atletco Madrid are trying to reshuffle their entire squad, I think it's better he accept the offer because he is old enough to ba starter in any Europe teams. The problem with Messi and Barcelona isn't money; Barcelona management  wanted him . since they are still dealing with the same financial problems now. For future building , they planned to build a team without Messi.

For Messi to remain at Barcelona, his pay had to be reduced, yet they still sold him to PSG.
