I don't think is natural due Graham Potter failure totally with Chelsea although have spent much money for several players transfer, current position at 10th becoming proof about Graham Potter is not experienced coach with bigger team. See the amount of players they've signed yet they're are still 10th on the league table and will most likely not see Champions league football next season.

Maybe if I can speculate about this transfer it seems that this is not bait but indeed Chelsea is too greedy in hunting players in the current transfer market. Mudryk's transfer price in this transfer market should have been no less than around 50 million euros and even if it were, the maximum price could be up to 70 million euros. But Chelsea seems reluctant to let go of this target and immediately offers the highest bid at 100 million euros and of course this figure is still not feasible for new young players whose achievements are still questionable in Europe. Even I think Chelsea inadvertently spoil the price of new players with an unreasonable value.

They probably was not interested in him as usual the news will make up transfer speculation whenever one of the big clubs show interest in a player.
