This is quite surprising news, but I don't know for sure why he wants to leave Manchester City, seeing how his performance has been so good. I really don't understand how Chelsea plans to fulfill the FFP rules. These rules are a joke, yes, but still something like this should not be possible.

Chelsea is now waiting for the decision from benfica. As far as I know that some offers were also coming for Chelsea just like everyone who has been interested to buy connor galagher from Chelsea with 40 millions + 5 millions add.
It seems chelsea is trying to did the big sale before the end of transfer season too. This is to make sure if such amount of money that were going out from the club will be balanced with money that comes to the club, that's crazy amount of money being spent for Chelsea but it must be noted any players that already bought has very long contract in Chelsea.

Yeah still cant wrap my head around the fact that they have allowed one of the key players who drops in crosses from wings. Still Guardiola is not a kind of guy who just denies requests if player wants to leave so that's a good thing. They now have only new players like Sergi Gomez who plays in that position so I think they should be making a signing to fill this soon or else they will have to play a player out of his usual position to cover this for the time being until the season end.

True, until now there has been no other striker who can replace Harry Kane's role at Spurs and it is very unlikely for another striker to fill his place as long as Harry Kane is still at Spurs. The style of play that is fast and high tension doesn't really suit Lukaku and that has been proven when he had difficulty adapting to the previous 2 big clubs (Chelsea and Manchester United). For Everton maybe it's a little different because even though he's still in the EPL he's not being demanded much more especially with his not too many schedules but for big clubs it's definitely different.
At the moment Tottenham might still be able to with Conte's presence there but things like this won't go well either because Tottenham can also be said to be one of the big clubs and has always been a dark horse in the EPL so it seems difficult for Lukaku here.
