I can't say that he has made a big change at Roma but they might be seen as slightly better now. Because they won the Europa Conference League last season. When it comes to the Serie A we still see them showing a similar performance to the one in last season. Their position hasn't changed much as a result. But he still seems happy with his current job.

When it comes to the Chelsea rumour I don't think it will happen in the near future. It hasn't been much time since Potter took the job and I guess that Chelsea wouldn't like to sack him at the end of the season already.
