I have watching his recorded matches while playing for Anderlecht indeed he is very talented player and he has amazing skill with good dribble and he also fast player i think Duranville can be potential player for Dortmund  but last time i heard Dortmund have to spend 11 millions euro to gets him but it wasn't mentioned contract durations for him
I think he has made good decision to choose Dortmund as his next club instead of other clubs because Dortmund is the right place for youngster player like him and previously many young players from Dortmund who can able to moved at big club and success so probably Duranville can following their steps

Somehow it seems like clubs have way more patience with their coaches if those have been very successful and popular players before that have retired as a player not that long ago. I mean the whole situation with Frank Lampard at Everton is pretty similar to the one with Ole Gunna Solskjaer at Manchester United two years ago.
