Graham Potter will be familiar with his new players and pick the best player at his peak. Yes I agree with you. On the other hand, Arteta is really Wenger's true successor, doesn't want to buy expensive players. Buy cheap players as needed, don't want price wars, Jorginho's transfer is really cool. He is a top player, a genius in the middle, cheap, good at penalties and experience.

I do not think it was deliberate. this are the simple issues with deadline transfer night where everything happens so fast and in a rush. The Chelsea team sent wrong documents to psg 3 seperate times; it must have been an error considering they were to complete enzo deal before deadline elapses. I also think its PSG fault, Ziyech was up for grabs for over 6 months now and nthey got so late to make a decision

If we compare the wages of Tielemans and Maddison, the later is more expensive on two grounds because he is English and also younger than Tielemans. But if we look at quality both of them possess it. Even if City gets Maddison he would be a great acquisition because he is a proper attacking midfielder and with only Debruyne there out to out Attacking Midfielder and he needs rest. Moreover Maddison is younger and can be a better back up to Debruyne.

I think precisely with Jorginho's presence at the moment it is to serve as a cover for Partey especially with the current conditions it seems that this season Partey has not gone too smoothly in his career considering he is very prone to injury.

With Partey's condition like this, Jorginho's arrival is definitely something good for Arsenal's midfield and he can be a good booster in the midst of accompanying Odegaard and Xhaka.
