Most likely, Chelsea did not want to let the player go and did so. I'm sure that at this level, when you're constantly working with documents and doing this kind of thing for more than one year, it's impossible to make a mistake. He is still young, has a wealth of experience in the League, European, and Continental Cups, and is extremely excellent with the ball and has a tremendous passing range. While every player has a weakness, Mikel will undoubtedly work on this one. I give it a 6 out of 10, not the greatest Arsenal could have done but still a respectable player. With Jorginho at least Arsenal can say they have cover for partey who is lot better than what they have. I am proud of the bench now, it looks a whole lot better.

Leicester are already likely to lose many of their significant players in the near future. This horrible season must have made those players really disappointed. The difference maybe in this case in terms of speed because Jorginho is not a runner type but often provides good passes for the attack line as a supplier in contrast to Partey who does rely more on speed but on the other hand this is a good option when they are actually fit because this can be played when strategy them so their tempo doesn't get too far later when Jorginho or Partey is on the pitch.
