Meanwhile, journalist Jacque Talbot says that Arsenal have made a third bid for Caicedo in the last few hours. Talbot also claims Arsenal have worked out a deal so that Brighton will receive a large lump-sum payment upfront, with the remainder set for a future date. if the reports are true, it is great news to replace the rumored Partey who has been injured.

I do not know whether this decision is right or not, but what is clear is that Arsenal have the combination of Xhaka, Partey and Odegaard which is the favorite of coach Mikel Arterta.

Jorginho will probably spend more time on the bench, the future of his career will encounter problems because previously Jorginho was one of the favorites in Chelsea's starting eleven.

The bench? Jorginho is good enough to start in midfield with Partey and when Partey is not available he can fill in. Partey is injury prone to so he is often injured. I think it is a good signing and it is a short contract to minimize the risk and if he performs well we can extend his contract, I think this is good business and shows Arsenal are looking beyond this season even though they are top of the league.

If you think about 3 defenders for Arsenal, then what do you think about Zinchenko's role this season? Do you mean it's better to leave Zinchenko on the bench and prefer to let Jorginho play with Xhaka, Partey and Odegaard in midfield? It seems that your opinion is a little inconsequential, Arsenal have appeared very consistently, always relying on 3 midfielders and the role of each of their fullbacks, one of which is Zinchenko. He is a versatile player who can place his position, sometimes helping attack, helping midfield and helping defense, he is everywhere and it seems you don't watch Arsenal's games so far.

Kante is a great player, but the injuries he has had have kept him out of sight now, and in fact I hardly ever hear any information or people talk about him at this time. It's a good signing. As an Arsenal supporter, I'm gutted that we couldn't sign Caicedo but I'm glad we stuck to our valuation and didn't pay crazy money. 80M+ transfer automatically adds pressure on the player and we are at a critical stage of the season where we need some experience. And more importantly, it's obvious that his leadership quality and experience for this short term it will definitely help the team when the need arises definitely far better than Lokonga, so a good addition to the team.

I think it's not about just getting the best player, but more about getting a player that would fit the system. If you have a system then a player that is not the best player in the world, could shine brighter than Messi or Mbappe, just because they are playing in a better situation.

I believe that we should be focusing more on how he will be asked to play, and not how good he is. Like everyone loves Saka these days, and I understand it because he is a good player but I guarantee you that if you take him and switch him with Salah, then you are going to see Saka playing worse and Salah better, because it's easier to play within a system that's winning, and Saka is doing just that. For a while everyone believed Salah was the best player in the world, not many think that now.

I also agreed that Arsenal midfielders are aging however Arsenal signed Jorginho as a backup for Thomas Partey and Xhaka who I think is far better than Lokonga, Arsenal having failed in their bid to sign Moises Caicedo from Brighton and Lokonga might likely going on loan to Crystal Palace might have prompted the signing of Jorginho by Arteta, Arsenal main priority is to win the league this season wouldn't give any room for complacency, I believe at the end of the season Arsenal will likely table another bid for either Moises Caicedo or Declan Rice to replace their aging midfielders.

For the notice, Chelsea already agreed on contract extension with Ngolo Kante for a year or two, the issue to achieving this is that he is still currently Injured.
Real Madrid also do not need Kante, they could in the future but not currently, Kante's arrival while they still have Modric, Kross and Camavinga. Who should be among the list of selected player's.

Currently, when looking at the news a few months ago, there has actually been some news about Kante's contract and the results are still gray because Kante refused the extension proposed by Chelsea considering that there was an assumption that the clause given by Chelsea was inappropriate.
As for now, when looking at Kante's condition and the number of midfielders they have brought in this time, I think this will be difficult, especially if a few more players have been brought in, like Caicedo, this will threaten Kante in terms of position.
