I think its obvious that he didn't deserved to be that highly valued at all and the fact that they have managed to get Kane to be offered that much was already a success story for them in the making that they ended up screwing up.

Based on the valuations of these players, Manchester United made the right decision to reject the £60 million bid from WestHam. Man united values McTominay at £45M and Maguire at £50M, so the bid was no where close to what they have in mind and there are other premier league side interested in Maguire's signature. Maguire's valuation might not really made sense based on his poor performance and limited number of games last season, and I think if the Hammers makes an improve bid of £35M, the red devils might decide to part ways with him.
