But with this long-term injury, signing a new striker has become unavoidable.

Well, I think that it would be really difficult for them to acquire the services of Victor Osimhen at this particular stage of the transfer window because Osimhen's mind is mostly set on moving to Chelsea and one key advantage Chelsea have over PSG is Romelu lukaku, this is a player that Napoli is dieing to acquire, due to his past relationships with Antonio Conte, so I believe that it's actually going to be very difficult for them to sign him if they are really intentional this time in getting his signature.
Lastly, if PSG truly mean business in their pursuit this time around, then they must surely show enough intent that they will be willing to pay up all that is required for his signature, because right now, it's already difficult for them.
The Osimhen transfer saga has yet to find a bright spot, Napoli is still open to releasing him this summer, PSG and Chelsea are the two clubs most often associated with the transfer of the Nigerian player. Meanwhile, if we look at it in terms of needs, Chelsea and PSG actually both need quality and experienced strikers, in order to boost their goal productivity in every match. Napoli still maintains Osimhen at a high price, I predict that at the end of the transfer window an agreement will be reached, either with Chelsea or PSG.
