I don't think Ten Hag fully controls the transfer policy. The board of Man United must have the role, too. However, their current transfer looks better than the previous one. How credible is this piss of news? I think you should have provide the source that said that this particular transfer is off the table, because from my own point of view, I don't think this particular transfer speculation is going away without no conclusion just now, though it's very true that victor osimhen is being over price and that has made his move out of the club to stall up till this moment, but by the look of things, I believe that it might goes to the last day.
