The truth is that it wouldn't be smart to leave if he wins all those titles, although I don't know, we think one thing and another could be whatever he wants, if he gets an opportunity with Madrid and he wants to play there, then that is something that can be credited to him, however I dare to think that if he goes to Madrid he would be doing it for an objective that if he is capable, at this moment Madrid can sign him, they are no longer giving much importance to the age of a player, but rather to the moment he has in La Liga and the UCL, so I think that now the signing decisions apart from Florentino have changed, a few years ago Mbappé would not have entered just because he said no to Madrid once, and Mo Salah would be told no because of his age.
Mohamed Salah is an icon for Liverpool and every time we talk about Liverpool he is the one who is most remembered. Moving to another team because of age is the best option for experienced players like Mohamed Salah if they don't want to retire, but in many cases, it's not about new challenges, but about money or business that we don't know for sure.

There are many interests that European class players are considering moving to non-European leagues. The challenge of competition may not be the main reason, but money seems likely to be the initial reason why they are willing to move in and give it a try. If they fail, then at least they can receive the money to invest in their old age, either to build a business or something else. Moreover, the football industry often benefits many parties, including both parties, the old club and the new club, as well as the player's agent.

Christensen was a very good defender before moving to Barcelona but since he arrived the Catalonian club, he's struggled to find his feet. Jonathan Tah is one of the best defenders in the German Bundesliga at the moment and with his level of experience, I think he'll make a great defensive partnership with Paul Cubarsi but my worry about this proposed move is if the Germany international will be able to adapt to life in Barcelona as easily as it's been speculated.

Christensen was doing well at Chelsea before moving to Barcelona. If not then his name was been mentioned here, I can’t recall him to still be part of this team because he has not been playing in most of their matches and has always been a player on the bench. If they have too many players that they don’t need now, it’s better they sell them off and get the one that befits the position that the deficit is, it would be better for them if they do so than keeping players they don’t want to use and be incurring more expenses on themselves.
One thing with players before they transfers is that, most of them are already demotivated and poorly performing before their transfers and when they get to the new club if the new club is more stronger and demanding than the old club's such a player will struggle to find their first in the new club's, so that is what is happening to Christensen in Barcelona right now, he can't meet up with the current Barcelona demands.

Manchester United is not getting better after the sacking of Ten hag because the new manager is trying to use a different strategy with the same players in the team, The introduction of a new coach is not going to make the team get better overnight the team needs to introduce new players to strengthen the team before they can think of being strong again. For now I think the performance of the players are not good enough to give the team the results they want but the management supports the coach financially during the January transfer window I believe if he gets good players the team will start getting better.

Manchester United have a lot to correct before the club could bounce back to it former status, and just changing of coach won't solve the whole problem and Amorim will not be capable to deliver the kind of results Manchester United management wants at this time unless their give him enough time to build on the current team and properly integrate into full force before he will be able to restore Manchester United lost old glory.

The management probably thought the same way, that it was not about the coach and that's why they left Ten Hag in office for so long, the same is waiting for the new coach. Maybe it's not really about the coach, but about the team itself, the number of players and their chemistry between each other, apparently the new coach is not the solution to all the problems, because they only played worse, as it seems to me.

Salah to Madrid? Why? Real Madrid has  so many wingers, they need everything else but no players on the wings. I think Salah has reached an age where he will probably want to earn one last time some money  and where can he do that best? In Saudi Arabia! Due to his background, he will also be one of the most popular players there and will be able to earn a lot. He has already won many important titles with Liverpool, I don't think he can achieve more with Real and he doesn't need to.

Manchester United fans thought that the problem is from the coach that was why they mount pressure on the team management to sack Ten Hag, now they have employed one of the most successful managers so far this season and he failed in Manchester United, which had simply explained and proves ti the world that the problem is not from coach.

Ten Hag will be very happy anywhere he is now because Manchester United as team tarnish his image as a manager, his reputation was really affected at Manchester United as I am very sure that he will not get good job offers from big teams and he was one of the successful managers then while coaching Ajax before Manchester United signed him.

I think it is time to sell some players and sign fresh players in Manchester United so that they can regain their balance anytime soon.

There are many criteria that can be seen from Manchester United's slump this season. They lost the sharpness they built with Erik ten Hag and the change of coach to Amorim has not resolved this problem. Now a bad record has hit them again with consecutive defeats and being stuck in a bad position on the standings. In essence, the changes that must be made are of course selling existing players and buying new players who can be a driver for their progress in the second half of this season.

I think management must provide a lot of support for Amorim in this transfer market, management must allocate a lot of money to be able to recruit several new players to strengthen their back line and also their front line. If you look at Manchester United's performance, of course the real assumption they will end this season below the top 4 rankings.

Darwin Núñez the player from Liverpool joined this team after leaving Benfica back in 2022 for 100 million euros and having a good performance there however he could never have the same good performance he had in Benfica since he joined Liverpool, but his performance made Liverpool keep this player for a longer time.
Now Darwin Núñez even got an offer from Barcelona and we all know Barcelona was interested in hiring this player but there are rumors about Darwin Núñez and Liverpool rejecting the offer from Barcelona.

Darwin Núñez has failed to leave up to expectations at Liverpool following his huge transfer fee that Liverpool payed to Benfica for his signature. We have seen some flashes of brilliance from him but he has not realized his full potentials at the club making him been constantly overlooked and has fallen down the perking order at the club. I think Darwin Núñez is a top talented player and still have time to work on himself to be to reach his maximum potentials at Liverpool. Liverpool’s rejection to Barcelona offers for Darwin Núñez shows that they still believe and have faith in the player.

For Salah's future if even if he eventually leaves Liverpool then I'm still pretty sure his goal still leads to the SPL just like the rumors that happened last season where he was always rumored to want to go to one of the clubs in the SPL.

Although he may still be able to continue at some big clubs, he will definitely think again if indeed the next place is the EPL so it is most likely that he goes to the SPL or other competitions that are smaller than the EPL but not with Madrid.

At the moment Madrid will still focus on midfield and defense because for the attack line now they have started to improve so they don't need a winger anymore especially in that position there are still several players who can be projected such as Rodrygo, Arda or even Endrick.
But for other Liverpool players such as TAA or van Dijk who are currently busy, maybe this can still be pursued for Madrid because after all, with the hurricane of injuries in defense and the role of Kroos who still has no one who can replace this player, Madrid's focus is definitely midfield and defense in the winter transfer.

It would be interesting if CR7 became the owner of a club, but which club do you think is suitable for him to own? because he has no agenda to become a coach or manager. It is possible that in the future we will see him become the owner of Man United (this is my assumption) maybe you have other views or clubs outside the EPL?

I don't think Christiano Ronaldo will be thinking of becoming the owner of a club and even if that will happen I don't think it will be in the Premier League, Christiano Ronaldo has made it clear he is not willing to become a coach and I was thinking maybe after he retired from football he won't want to do anything that concerns football again, Christiano Ronaldo is capable of having a club in Premier League but I don't think if he wants to become a club owner he will want to buy Manchester United.

After what Manchester United and the fans did to Ronaldo he will not want the club, the only club that I think Ronaldo will be interested in becoming the owner of the Sporting because he loves the team and he started playing football and he has a good relationship with the club which can make things easy for him to become the owner of the team.

There is something that makes Darwin Nunez unable to give the best results at this time and in my opinion this case is almost similar to the case of Madrid who have Mbappe and Vinic.
We see that even though Nunez is a reliable player, Moh Salah is always the finisher who is always relied on by the team. So this is the problem why Darwin Nunez does not look like Mo Salah who gives a large number of scores.
However, if you look deeper, Nunez actually has very good skills and is very reliable. And one of the reasons why Liverpool still maintains the player is because Moh Salah is a little older and if there is a problem with Moh Salah, Nunez can replace the player's role as a finisher in every match to score big.

Barcelona had better prioritize keeping Yamal in the team at all costs.  Wink  He is the number 1 wonderkid currently and they can't lose him. His style is different from Messi but he is like a different version of him.

His contract is running until the summer of 2026 for now. There is time maybe but they shouldn't be late. Because there would surely be teams trying to allure such a talented kid.
If I were the club president I will want to keep Lamine Yamal in the club by offering him a long term contract extension at the club. Lamine Yamal’s standout performances since his breakthrough campaign have demonstrated his immense talent and potential. Keeping such a young and promising player would not only solidify the club's future but also send a strong message about Barcelona's commitment to nurturing home grown talent.

Manchester City loaned defender Issa Kabore to Benfica and he didn't get much chance to play there. Now Galatasaray are interested in Kabore. This news is interesting to me, I had the impression that Galatasaray would be interested in players with higher profiles this season. Okan Buruk wants him very much. Manchester City might sell him but the news doesn't mention the price. Issa Kabore currently has a market value of 10 million Euro. I don't think Galatasaray will spend that much for a young right back.

What a weird decision by Manchester United. They decided to extend Ten Hag's contract instead of waiting until it expires. It's hard to understand what Manchester United's motive is. It seems they're not keen on losing him, and maybe prepared him as Amorim's replacement if failed.

It's hard to understand what United's reason to do this. I can understand they're not able in paying Ten Hag's compensation and decide to still pay his salary. Extending his contract while he does nothing to the club.

Crazy as hell.  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy
I don't think this source is a legit source because I can't think of any reason why Manchester United would want to extend Erik ten Hag contract at the club, he is no more the head coach of the club, I don't know what they are thinking or up to. I don't even care to know what Manchester United bosses are up to, all I know that it's not right for them to extend his contract instead they should terminate it and pay him a compensation fee instead.

Head coach and manager is not his style, maybe one day he would be willing to become the president of a club like Florentino Perez is in Real Madrid.

But the idea that he becomes a club owner is 100% correct. He has got the money, he has got the reputation, he has got the network and billionaires love to own clubs. He is a billionaire and his empire is growing, which is why owning a club brand would only make sense very soon in his life. He would maybe not buy it alone, but rather with a consortium like the buyout of Chelsea. But people like Messi and Ronaldo as the former best players in the world with more than a billion in their bank accounts will guaranteed become club owners. I am 100% sure about Ronaldo and 90% sure about Messi because he is probably joining someone like David Beckham, learning from him and pursuing the same strategy.

The value of a club would instantly go up. If Messi owns a football club and that club wants to sign a player, chances go up that they now have more chances than others.

It seems Barcelona is about to hire a palter and this time they want to hire Rafael Leão the player of AC Milan. However, considering the performance of Rafael Leão I think it won't be easy at for Barcelona to hire this paler.
Rafael Leão is a 25-year-old player but the price of this player is 75 million in the market and this makes it hard for Laporta to pay this huge amount of money for this Portuguese but Barcelona needed to hire a winger and since they couldn't hire Nico Williams, this can be a good option for them to hire Leão.

What is a palter? I know it is a verb that means negotiating with all means available and no matter what happens but the price must go down / up if you want to buy / sell something.

I doubt that Barcelona is now looking after a player like Leao when there are now news that they are again in financial trouble and have issues getting those registrations through for all players in their team. It would be ironic of they are fighting with official authorities about the licensing of certain players and then at the same time rumors go around that they are trying to sign one of the best players from the Serie A.

Hard to tell whether there is any substance to this rumor, but I don't believe it yet.

Darwin Nunez joined Liverpool in the same summer Erling Haaland joined Manchester City and while the latter have made so much impact on his team and helped them win numerous trophies, Nunez have been struggling to make his mark at Liverpool. I'll not be too surprised to see him leave Liverpool but the truth is that his position as a top 9 striker isn't experiencing much competition and for a club like Barcelona who has a prolific striker like Robert Lewandowski, I doubt they'll be ready to spend much in signing Nunez.

I think management must provide a lot of support for Amorim in this transfer market, management must allocate a lot of money to be able to recruit several new players to strengthen their back line and also their front line. If you look at Manchester United's performance, of course the real assumption they will end this season below the top 4 rankings.
Amorim should not hurriedly want to add players to the team simply because he is trying to fill up the space in the team. Buying has to be very strategic, and young players too who can be modeled into future stars for the club. If after January the new Manchester United Coach is still after all the transfer unable to start delivering a set of results that is expected I am sure United supporters begin to call for his sack as well because some already consider Amorim a downgrade from Erik Ten Hag.

Although the club really needs to follow Ragnick's advise and perform an open heart surgery on the team, thereby offloading weak legs and bringing younger talents that are hungry to play and fight for the badge but I think I'll agree to your statement that Amorin shouldn't be in a haste to bring in new signings for signing sake, I believe he's got scouts watching out for several players that would fit into his system, so left for me I think that instead of sign any player just because he needs extra legs I agree that he should be very strategic and go for younger talents out there rather than the previous players he's worked with, that's the same approach their previous coach Erik Ten Hag made concerning bringing in new players but it turned out bad and most of the players are the problem we're facing in the club currently, Amorin should avoid history repeating it's and try to make good decisions in the upcoming transfers window, even with the short period of his arrival some fans are beginning to get worried over whether he's the right decision for the club, you could imagine what would happen when they've given him more time and he fails to deliver better results.

Haha, never happen!
Rashford has been playing poorly for a long time, ever since he re-signed for United on a significant pay rise. And his problems are not limited to just poor play, he also has discipline issues. At United they forgave him a lot, but in the end it led to the fact that under Amorim he is not even included in the squad for games. Objectively speaking, he is not worth even half of Osimhen. United probably dream of getting rid of him to lighten their wage bill and therefore spread such rumors through third parties  Grin

This would be a confusing swap to say the least as the discipline and work ethic issues for Rashford are huge!

Osimhen doesn't have those problems although I never fully understood why the situation in Napoli escalated like that. I always think that there are two parties at least to such an escalation, but from what I can tell Napoli was mainly to blame. If this swap were to become true, it would be a great deal for Manchester United without a doubt.

Maybe Amorim now excludes him from the squad hoping that he learns a lesson, but he has had chances to learn a lesson a hundred times and while I agree that he has an impressive talent, what is it worth if he can't get things done repeatedly when he gets his chances? It's worth nothing.

They need someone like Osimhen who is able to score when he plays a bad game and scores when he plays good games. They need someone who does the job no matter how he gets it done. That is the perfect opposite to Rashford. When he plays bad he pulls down the whole team and that is unacceptable. He should have been taken out of the team for long now.

and yet he's not going to remove the player permanently, Amorim has said he wants Reshford, so he'll play one way or another. As for Osimhen I think it was not him personally but his agent who had a row with the management and then everything went downhill and the result was a move to Galatsaray. In general Osimhen does not look dishonest and kind of even play for this team

What a weird thing it is. You said Amorim wanted Rashford, but he very often benched him caused by a "technical reason". I'd rather call it Rashford has not been included in his starting eleven. It shows how incompetent Amorim is because he doesn't get straight to the his commitment.

This is just getting even weirder, and it's better to let Rashford leave to join another big club.

Marcus Rashford will probably not be at Manchester United from next season. I think he should make a wise decision and find a middle ground in the transfer talks with Napoli as soon as possible. It makes sense for Manchester United to offer him as an ace for Osimhen's transfer, in terms of covering some of the transfer fee they will have to pay. Also, Amorim needs Osimhen very badly at the moment. They will definitely try to transfer him.
Victor Osimhen at the Old Trafford is surely going to be a big development, and we can expect this is going to happen because now changes are essential and for the better future of Manchester United management needs to have few big decisions otherwise we are not going to have improvement in quality and performance.

Napoli surely going to be happy if they have Marcus Rashford he is the good player, but sadly he is not able to perform as he can here in Manchester United which is now going to have chance for all stakeholders to fix this and done right decision Osimhen at Napoli and Marcus Rashford at Manchester United both are problematic, so exchange is surely going to help both clubs for bringing better atmosphere which surely helpful in dressing room.
