For the purpose of saving the club from bankruptcy, this method may sound reasonable, La Masia can offer a solution without having to spend a large budget. But this has a fairly high level of risk, the transition of players within the team is still needed, and I think Barcelona has done it. Another alternative is to find new investors or to release the club valuable assets, which can generate large income, so that Barcelona can be free from the team spending restrictions. First of all Amorim doesn’t hate Marcus Rashford game style and to be clear he prefers him as a center forward than both Hojlund and Zirkzee, we all saw that when he took over immediately. I know Barcelona are trying to overhaul some players to manage the finances to be able to buy new players but the way they set the price for Raphinha is very unethical. £100 million is not a figure that other clubs will easily afford besides Raphinha has performed well under new coach Hansi Flick because if you look at his time under Xavi he was not that impressive. Though i haven't yet come across this news/rumor of Osimhen wanting to come to Manchester United, i will try to dig in more about this news later on, but if its true that Osimhen will be joining Manchester United soon then its a good move for him and an upgrade to his footballing CV but nevertheless, he should be ready to face backlashes from the English media when he doesn't settle well in the club for the first few matches.

I really enjoy it when I see people that knows football quite well, aside the games that are been played. For the Rashford case, his decline in performance didn't start this season, which I think it was something internal (i.e between the player and the club). Let me just say it, it was obvious that Rashford was tired of Manchester united, because not putting 100% efforts for over two seasons means only one thing, and that is the lack of interest in the team. I expected him to make his move last season, when psg was still very much interested in him, but it seems the manager then (ten hag) wasn't ready to let go, as he covered up everything just like you mentioned.

There is nothing bad with your suggestion, but how sure are you that after 3 years that the young players will mature to give you what you want. A proper football team needs to have both old and younger players. The older players will be a shield and a guild to the younger players. You don't just pack bunch of inexperienced players and keep them in a team believing that they will mature and start delivering. Most of Barcelona young players you are seeing playing very well is because they have older players with experience playing along side them. It's not good for Barcelona to sell off all their old and experienced players. They have to consider the future of the club as well, because with the young players alone, they might not be making it to the champions League and imagine what the club will look like without champions League football.
