Meanwhile Chelsea are trying to secure the services of Arsenals player Oxlade Chamberlain for a reported fee of 35 Million pounds, I doubt Arsene Wenger will be willing to sell to a fellow premier League rivals since he has the bargaining.

Everton had a successful summer this season it's been a long time since we saw them spend this much they used to be a seller club but know they are breaking records and it wouldn't be a surprise if the made it in top 4 next season because some of the top 6 clubs like Chelsea or Arsenal still have some problems need to fix could hurt them in the long run. While Stoke City have announced that they successfully got PSG and Ex Real Madrid player Jese Rodriguez on a loan deal PSG spent 22£ Million on him but he didn't prive any of his worth and now they have no spot for him at the club also if they hot any offer to sell him most likely they would.

I think now they will let Ross Barkley leave as he wasnt in Koeman's plans anyways. Everton are asking too much for him though. Spurs seem to be interested in him but 35 mil for a bench player is too much. Even 20 mil for a non starter is too much and I dont think teams not associated with middle eastern Oil money giants can afford him just to sit on the bench. PSG has spent a massive amount of money for buying Neymar. so that Barcelona still looking for an alternative to the Neymar's position. after leaving Neymar Barcelona has been able to find their gap. so they are still negotiating for the better replacement of Neymar.

From the way that PSG are spending in this transfer window, I doubt that they are following the UEFA financial fair play rules. Their purchase of Neymar is already suspicious and now they are looking to add either Mbappe of AS Monaco or Sanchez of Arsenal. If they are found to have violated the fair play they should be suspended from Champions League football because financial sanctions will just not be enough.

Carlos Bacca, I do not know I've ever seen anything special about him, especially after he left Sevilla, I think his career is dimming. This offer has to be taken to me, he could be tough in La Liga, rather than stay in AC Milan who has made changes Massive. Opportunities to play even smaller.
