It seems that Barcelona have finally decided to up their money and reports are rife that they have finally succeeded in convincing Dortmund to part with Ousmane Dembele for 120m Euro with a further 30M Euro as addons to be paid by the catalan side as bonus. I dont know how this will affect their pursuit of Coutino since they have already spent 40M Euro already on Paulinho.
