I do not get why would Juventus want to sell him? I didn't understand when Real sold him neither, but I didn't get it when United sold him too, basically I do not get why anyone would have Ronaldo on their team and think about selling him for ANY reason.

The reality is that if I was president of Juventus, I would tell Ronaldo to give me an age when he thinks he will retire, and give him a contract until that many years. He thinks he will retire at 40? I would give him contract until he is 40, that is how it should be because it is Ronaldo we are talking about.

Not like you could sell him and get a player that is better than Ronaldo for that price, nobody would be willing to pay fair price for him because you buy a player for this season but for next seasons as well and Ronaldo is awesome right now but for how many years? So that is why the team that has him could use him the most.

@lixer do you even understand how badly the finances of Juventus have been hit due to pandemic, and by selling Ronaldo they’ll be able to recover their losses and balance their books, so it’s a no brainier for me that they should sell him. Also Zidane was silent on whether Real Madrid will purchase Ronaldo in the summer transfer window, and honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if they did.

Yeah, I agree..his current form is really impressive! His impact inside the team is sick aswell.
I don't think France or Spain are a good idea either, as some talent there hasn't blossomed in the past as might have been expected.
That's why the only options are England or the Bundesliga. I think we can expect a lot from Dortmund next season with Rose as coach.

I've also heard about some news that Juventus would be willing to decrease the selling price, yes. As he is 36-year-old now, of course I don't have an expectation like he would be sold for €100m etc. .    But his wage demands will probably be quite high for sure. Anyway, I've heard about it also that there is some possibility for him to go back to Real but I don't think so. It seems to me like there are three options that he will think about:

1. He will decide to stay and Juventus will extend his contract and won't let him go for free.
2. Ronaldo will go to PSG and strengthen the squad even much more with Mbappe-Ronaldo-Neymar trio.
3. Ronaldo will go to Manchester Utd and maybe even end his career there as he has very special memories there.

I was also surprised when I first heard of it. Because he has been doing awesome at Juventus for years and I was thinking that Juventus would also be willing to keep him at the team more and maybe even try to convince him to retire at the club. It is said that they don't want to lose him for free so they want to sell him as soon as possible. But instead, they can extend his contract and do what is needed to have him at the team for more years. I think there may be something different under it that we don't know. We will see what is gonna happen in this summer.

I don't know whether Pogba could go back to Juventus but there is a very big weakness on their midfield for sure. They need to make the necessary transfer(s) for there in this summer and strengthen the lineup. Losing Ronaldo of course will be really bad for Juventus as he still plays great and makes a great deal of contribution to the club. They can't continue with only Morata and Dybala (who will most likely be leaving this summer). They should also make a good striker transfer.

If Manchester United thinks that if they sign Haaland they'll automatically have a successful season, I'm not saying that Haaland wouldn't improve this Manchester United team, of course he will, but with how quality players bought with quite a large amount of money have flopped in recent times at Old Trafford, there's also a possibility that Haaland can follow in that footstep.

Manchester United need a couple of other players in other positions, not just in the number 9 position, imo, United even need a new manager, I don't think OGS is the man to deliver the success United seeks. Having said that, if I am Haaland, I'd not even go to United, they are a club still fixing quite a lot of things about their team, I'd prefer him to move to a more stable team like City, though that'll make City too strong and totally unstoppable.

We have seen so many times that Dortmund sign very talented and promising players and after playing for some time there, they choose to go to Bayern in general.    I wonder whether we will see a similar scenario with Coulibaly also in the future (if he is really promising as it is said). Won't be really that "studid" if you ask me if they sold Ronaldo for Pogba it would only mean that Juventus is really cutting down their expenses and right now Ronaldo's wage is more than Dybala's, De Ligt's, and Ramsey's wage combined. If they are able to sell Ronaldo at a profit after buying Pogba they will significantly cut down their wages and maybe improve some spots from the money they have earned from Ronaldo. This is one of the scenarios I am seeing since ever since the pandemic struck Italy Juventus is one of the first Serie A clubs that asked their staff to cut their wages and this move will just be a reflection for their financial problem. Ronaldo departing Juventus won't even be the end for the team as they are still able to keep up in the league.

Yes, I understand, Juventus chose to sell Ronaldo to reduce the huge expenses to pay his salary as well as other players and also to bring in new players. What I think is, Juventus are struggling when Ronaldo doesn't play, if next season the expectations for Pogba doesn't match, this is what I think Juventus need to anticipate so they doesn't struggle like the beginning of this season.

the worst AC MIlan's transfer is choosing to bring in Mandzukic rather than buy a defender, that become the weaknesses of AC Milan line up. Since Mandzukic was brought in by AC Milan in the January transfer window, he has only played 4 times with 0 goal, of corse he just to filled the bench, but if he can give contribution, may he will play alongside Ibra. Very ironic, AC Milan's transfer process did not give positive results, it even made them worse off. Whats wrong with AC Milan, extraordinary performance from the start of the season disappeared instantly. In Serie A and UEL, they are no longer have a chance to get a Title. Next season the threat of losing talented players, if the summer transfer does not bring in good players and not giving positive results, then Milan may remain a "mediocre" team.
