I expect Haaland to stay one more season and then he makes use of his clause that says he can leave for 75 million Euro. His advisor is pretty greedy and Haaland would have tons of offers at a fixed transfer fe (75 million), and at the same time could literally dictate the clubs the signing fee he demands. He could ask for 50 million signing fee only because that is what the clubs now save at least (because of the contractual clause) compared to when they buy him now out of his running contract.

On the other hand, the man is already 22 years old, he is the main goalkeeper of the national team and he probably already has the right to continue his playing career. I think another year at Hoffenheim would do Richards a lot of benefit. The competition in Hoffenheim is much lower compared to FC Bayern and he has the opportunity to gain further match practice. Especially Ilkay Gundogan had a really good season (17 goals, 5 assists in total). He would be an important loss for Manchester City on the attacking line. He has 2 more years on his contract right now. If City agree upon selling Gundogan to Barcelona, then they should immediately start searching for a strong midfielder.
