if I remember correctly, MU already talked with Haaland before they joining in Dortmund. Maybe they made a deal then, some kind of pre-contract.
Lol do you also remember when Salzburg ask manutd to pay €20m for Halland? But no!! they can't pay that much they turned to Daniel James the marathon merchant, Dortmund with the finest scout went in and pay, today halland is €150m and manutd fans feel manutd can pay such amount ... You can't afford Sacho at €120m but you want to buy his team mate.... What a pathetic club and fans Barca for sure can't compete here, they have already asked players to agree to cuts salaries.
Halland agent met with Barcelona and Real Madrid yesterday, they are the front runner right now, besides Bacelona is richer than manutd so why can't they compete? Whatever, but Borussia Dortmund is a marketing master. It is great at finding gems but also knows how and when to sell them. Look at dembele at barcelona. He is a total dud not even worth 30% of the price. But the germans knew very well that this player is not that mentality for such a price !

With all the Haaland's news buzzing around, I wonder where are Manchester United now? Some says they are still considering him as a target while others say they have gotten over it. 180m Euro is a big tag and that is a very tough target to beat for any top teams right now in this situation. There are lot of players going out of contract so there is gonna be huge decisions going on inside the team management about potential targets and Haaland with that price tag feels like most of the teams are gonna go with other players likely. Same I feel as for United, they didn't have the pocket last year and this year too.
Raiola already said he will probably not sell players to Manchester United again as he did with Real Madrid with Florentino Perez. They need to make an offer they can't refuse otherwise he will not even talk to them. Also Manchester United already has 2 your strong young striker like Martial and Rashford, I don't think they have so much space for 3 young "bulls"

I never really liked families of these players being involved with these things. I get that families are a big part of these young players life but when you are talking with president of Barcelona and a players father, that sounds as childish as it gets and as unprofessional as it gets.
I think we should have managers and presidents talking and nothing more, of course player himself could talk as well that would be good, but not family members, not father, not uncle, not nothing. Of course this is their own choice and I am in no position to say anything about it so I will not be saying I know what they are living, I can't even imagine what they are going through, so I think it is quite understandable but I think it is still quite difficult to have something like this no matter how serious they are about helping their family members.

Well, I don't call it Childish. Take Halaand for example, I think you are talking about him. Dortmund didn't pay him only 45m € they paid him 90m €. IF I can recall correctly they paid 45m for the player + 20 m € to his father +25 to Raiola.

I found an interesting article about Haaland and Barca. What looked like an April Fool's joke actually seems to have been meant seriously. Haaland's agent, Mino Raiola, traveled to Spain yesterday to conduct negotiations with Real and Barca. Immediately afterwards, he probably traveled to England to get offers there as well... In my opinion, this is very unscrupulous and reminds me somehow of a cattle market. But the fun fact about his visit in Barcelona is that Barca can't afford Haaland in their current financial situation. Nevertheless, it looks as if they will try until the end or will not give in so easily in the fight for him. I will link the article as source, very interesting to read. Haaland to Barcelona? Cash-strapped Catalans risk selling their soul to pay for superstar striker
The striker's agent and father visited Camp Nou this week to discuss a summer transfer, but the implications of the deal are troubling 'Erling Haaland's agent has arrived in Barcelona for transfer talks with Joan Laporta' - it felt like an April Fools' Day joke, and a lame one at that, given it was so unbelievable.
How on earth could Barcelona afford to sign the most in-demand striker in world football, when they couldn't even stump up €3 million (£2.7 million /$3.6m) for Manchester City reserve Eric Garcia in January?
It made no sense. Yet, on Thursday, footage quickly emerged of Mino Raiola and Haaland's father, Alf-Inge, being collected at Barcelona airport ahead of a meeting with Laporta and his emissaries.

Financial Fair Play is a joke and can be exploited like Manchester City did for years, as Barca and Real did for years. Like Juventus probably did last year. It can be easily exploited to get a player on loan for more than 1 year and pay a big check after few years. If they can have Halaand on loan for 15m/year for 4 years for example and a 50m check in the fifth year they need only to put 15m in the balance as expense each year till covid will end.

Im not really following anything about club's financial stuff but the only possible team in England that is in desperate needs of strikers and probably has the cash to land Haaland's signature right now is probably Manchester City. Aguero is going to leave the club so they will need another player to fill that spot. Its either Haaland or Kane for Manchester City right now but Kane most likely stays with Tottenham If they can have Halaand on loan for 15m/year for 4 years for example and a 50m check in the fifth year they need only to put 15m in the balance as expense each year till covid will end.
Haaland's agent probably want one big chunk of money instead of this kind of deals though, we might even see another record breaking transfer. Its understandable considering Haaland is on the radar for alot of top clubs right now

As far as I know, UEFA wants to reform the fair play system because of pandemi, and therefore it will be even easier for super clubs to joke about this topic In any case, the super clubs will have to cut costs and I think a big clean-up is expected in the summer. Although of course this does not apply to the transfer of Haaland, and the clubs will try to carry out the transfer in any case. I think Barcelona is an outsider about this transfer because of the club's sympathies for the player and his father, and the Catalans will have to offer more money on the contract for the successful outcome of the deal.

City could end up signing neither of them, I know City has the funds to cover their transfer, but if they find a great option with lesser cost, then I think they are going to take it, Haaland and Kane's transfer fee plus wages is too much imo, it's a risk signing such players, they could be phenomenal in their present teams, but what if you sign them and they don't live up to the expected standards, it has happened so many times in football. But the fact is that with Aguero saying goodbye after his long spell with City and winning so many major trophies, it's only normal the club will look for a replacement, someone young and can play for another decade or so with City.

Transfer rumours: Liverpool face a conundrum over Egyptian forward Mohamed Salah with figures inside the club increasingly convinced the 28-year-old is eyeing a future elsewhere. What actually happens to Salah and what he will decide in the end? For now, there is no answer and this is becoming a mystery. Chelsea are eyeing a move for Argentine striker Sergio Aguero, when he leaves Manchester City this summer if they cannot win the race to sign Norway striker Erling Haaland, 20, from Borussia Dortmund. Aguero as a consolation prize? It seems to me that his best days are over. Real Madrid are ready to sell midfielder Martin Odegaard in order to fund a move for Haaland. Odegaard is currently on loan at Arsenal and the Gunners are keen to secure a permanent deal for the 22-year-old. I'm sorry about Odegaard, he's a great talent but he never got the right opportunity at Real and now they want to get rid of him. Paris St-Germain could consider letting France international striker Kylian Mbappe, leave this summer with talks over his contract continuing to stall. Everyone is wondering what Mbappe will decide in the end? Source: https://www.bbc.com/sport/56617948

I think that Chelsea don't have much chance in the race for signing Erling Haaland this summer. They have much bigger opponents in this race and one of them will most probably win this race. When it comes to Aguero, I think it would be a bad choice for Chelsea. Aguero is too away from his old days now and I don't think he can contribute to the team too much. I think Chelsea should be in search of much better strikers.

There are reports that Chelsea are leading in the race to sign Aguero. IMO Aguero is a good call and Chelsea needs players like him who is agressive inside the box. They already have Giroud so having Aguero while they have Giroud as well seems like a bit tough thing to picture. Also don't feel like he would go there. Everyone is aware of the Chelsea situation and the squad depth so from players perspective doesn't seems like a right spot if they are seeking a regular playtime.

Its either Haaland or Kane for Manchester City right now but Kane most likely stays with Tottenham Considering City ended up parting ways with Aguero, I think they will probably end up trying their hardest to get Haaland for sure, it shouldn't be really a question of "will they" but more like who will be able to pay more. Barcelona didn't have the money for it, and they can do any sort of financial wizardy they want but they won't be able to afford as much as City can, and that's why I think it's going to be a bit of a difficult choice for them to take, if they end up chasing Haaland and pay 150 million or something, that's not going to be easily payable for them, it's going to be quite difficult and that's why I think it's impossible, even if they end up selling few players, it is going to just leave some positions open just to get Haaland and that's why I do not think that they will be capable of paying something that large if you ask me. City on the other hand can do that.

It looks like FC Bayern München, Manchester United, FC Chelsea and AC Milan made offers to sign Lucas Vázquez who is currently playing for Real Madrid. Since Vázquez rejected Real Madrid's previous offer, it's pretty likely that he will move to another club this summer. Bayern are offering Lucas Vázquez a 4-year contract with wages higher than what he currently earns in Madrid. Manchester United, Chelsea and Milan have also made offers for the player. Vázquez will be a free agent in the summer after rejecting Real's contract offer [@abc_es] Source: https://twitter.com/iMiaSanMia/status/1378293936175902725

Don't trust this news it came to form an Italian Journal with low trust. Juventus will probably extend for 1 more year loan deal and after that everything is open.

Dybala will most probably leave the team this summer. It is very likely for Ronaldo to leave also. I don't think that Juventus would prefer ending Morata's loan in this situation. They will look for a solid striker surely if these things happen. But Morata is contributing nicely to the team so they could extend the loan.

Most of the footy journos are low trust. All they do is be on the look out for rumors and throw a story out there and see what sticks. If you want confirmed transfer news, stick with BBC football news or one of the other established news sites. And wtf happened to Juve since Allegri left?
