I think that's understandable, considering they would rather have someone who is younger and also from the same nation as well. Neuhaus is German and he is 24 years old, he may not have the peak Wijnaldum had or maybe he would be even better in the future, but I believe currently speaking Wijnaldum is the better player, however by getting Neuhaus you are getting maybe as much as 10 years from a player (more like 7) and with Wijnaldum they are getting maybe 2-3 years at best and then regressing starts (unless you are Ibrahimovic or Ronaldo) and that is why it is understandable.

Plus Wijnaldum is probably not sad about this news neither because he was in talks with Barcelona and even though Bayern is not in a "win now" mindset because they have been great for years and believe they will continue to be, Barcelona is definitely in a "win now" mindset and that is why I think that would work better for him.

PSG doesn't need money in the case Mbappè will chooses not to stay in Paris he needs to stay 1 more year.
Also, Ronaldo's contract will expire in 1 year so to me is more probable Mbappè for free next year to Real and Ronaldo for free next year to PSG.

Yes, the news I got is that Mbappe is rumored to be released to Real Madrid who want to build the next Los Galacticos, and to replace Mbappe, and PSG are reportedly planning to sign Ronaldo, whose situation is currently unclear with Juventus. Reportedly, because Ronaldo has not had a positive impact on Juventus, especially in the Champions League, the competition he dreams of.

I don't think that it is better to replace Mbappe with Ronaldo. I guess Ronaldo would play good there too but it wouldn't be a long-term "investment" for PSG. Keeping Mbappe would be smarter choice but I don't know whether they will manage to do that. Because we already know that Mbappe has been wanting to go to Real Madrid for a long time.

It seems to me that PSG has no choice because even though they offered him a much higher salary in Paris, Mbappe still wants to play for Real, I guess because it is a much bigger challenge for him to play in the Spanish league.

The rumours are mostly click baits by the press so that they can sell news; Cristiano Ronaldo will not go to PSG; while Paul Pogba is not leaving Manchester United either; he will be signing a new contract by the summer. Harry Kane also would not be leaving England; its either he goes to Manchester city or Manchester United (mufc cannot afford him). Manchester united core summer target is a RW in Jadon Sancho; and a CDM in the profile of Declan Rice or Wilfred Ndidi or Ruben Neves depending on availability.

I am hearing a lot about this guy Neuhaus. I haven’t seen him play to be honest but he seems to be very highly rated. I think because of his young age he would be a better option than a 30 year old Wijnaldum.

Well, Manchester City does have money; and can handpick any player for purchase in any club in the world; everything needed is just the players consent and club asking price. Tonights tie was bad for Haaland as he got no service; but Dortmund themselves have been dreadful since losing Sancho to injury. I do not agree. Mbappe is a great player and if he ever leaves (which seems to be a potential if they fail this year and next year) there is still Haaland on the table. He will most probably be sold this off-season and I believe if Haaland picks PSG that could be a real big deal, even maybe cause Mbappe to stay as well, that way you will have an offensive line of ; Mbappe - Haaland- Neymar and that trio is probably the best one I have ever seen since Neymar-Suarez-Messi trio back in the day (weird how Neymar is part of both).

This is why PSG could try to get Haaland before they consider anyone else, that is just a smart business decision. Sure it would be very expensive and it would probably limit them to only one player this year, but that player is really worth having just one player. I do not know what they are planning about in the future but this should be top priority.

These are just rumours but they could be partly true also. I wouldn't say no for Ronaldo going to Manchester Utd.    They are his old team in the end and he could really do a good job there. Kane would be a good choice for PSG. He is a top striker and he needs to win titles. And he can achieve it there.

Well, Koeman knows Wijnaldum well and I'm sure he has a plan for him. I think he would not replace Busquets - Busquets is far too important and is a top player in his position. I think Wijnaldum would play as 1 of 2 midfielders in front of Busquets and there he can provide some energy and physicality. He knows De Jong from the national team and they function good together. I still hope he stays at Liverpool though.

Regarding the Salah sale, I'd love it honestly. Real can pay big money and we need to bring some really good young players because we are aging as a team. This is a perfect moment to sell Salah and reinvest in the team. It's hard losing great players but sometimes it has to be done.

Maybe Tottenham wouldn't like to sell Kane to their rival teams in the same league. But it seems like Kane has an intention to do so. I don't know about City but Manchester Utd are one of the great options for him. If he leaves this league, then Real Madrid or PSG (depending on the situation of Mbappe) are the best choices of course.
