Too bad, Barcelona and LaLiga lost their best icon just because of the salary rule. I didn't expect Barcelona to end their partnership with Messi in this way. They were too late to offer him a new contract or indeed Barcelona were ready to part with Messi.
LaLiga will definitely feel the impact of Messi leaving, same way they did when Ronaldo left, I think that there's something going wrong in background as regarding tax issues with footballers in la liga, two iconic players left for other leagues, ever since Ronaldo has left Madrid El classico is not really interesting to watch, now that Messi had left I believe that few people around the world would have interest in watching it

Maybe Messi is just tired of waiting for a favorable outcome of negotiations to conclude a contract? And when Messi arrived to sign a contract, the player was asked to reduce his salary even more. I am sure he is really tired of facing the problem about his salary in Barcelona. I read a rumor that his salary will be cut 50% and even Messi cannot be registered to the La Liga competition because his salary is still too high. Barcelona management is in a serious problem because of the financial crisis, negotiating with the La Liga president also get no solution. I think both Messi and Barcelona management are in a situation with no possible solution. Finally, Messi realizes leaving Barcelona is the only way to solve the problem. I think that Manchester City would also not refuse to sign Messi even if they have all their strikers, especially since you do not have to pay a lot of money to buy a player.
Man City still targets Harry Kane. I believe they will stop buying a striker if he can sign Harry Kane. Although Man City has unlimited funds, they will face a problem of financial fair play. Not only about player transfer fees but also the number of player salaries on a club. It is like Barcelona experiencing right now.

after Messi PSG will go for Pogba.
Its ridiculous but if they are willing to pay quite decent amount for Pogba then so be it. Pogba doesnt want to extend his contract with Manchester United so its better to get decent amount for him instead of getting nothing out of him next season. PSG is trying to get more audiences for Ligue by gathering all those stars in one team Heck yeah maybe Manchester United could join in the race to sign Messi after PSG decided to get Pogba Apparently, all the players are excited - I think Di Maria might not be that much though Why? they are both Argentinian and play for the national team

I think Lukaku and Werner are perfectly suited to play together. Lukaku is strong target man while Werner prefers to play more from the wings. Granted there is a lot of competition on the wings for Chelsea so somebody will probably leave but I don't think it will be Werner.
And now with Messi leaving Barca, there could be a chain reaction of transfers among top clubs.
That's correct, both Werner and Lukaku playing together could be very deadly, they are a great combo and I wonder how they will be like. Plus Lukaku did played in Chelsea before, I do not really know why it is like that but players who go back to their old club could play with a bit more comfort, I really think that we should not be considering it as a big change for him. There is still nothing about the transfer being made at all, we are still waiting, I know there have been talks for a while now but there is nothing official just yet, it is definitely not a pen in the ink type of deal and that is why I think we should not be considering this as done deal when there is nothing to actually see as a proof of this transfer even being officially discussed. The thing is if it really does happen, we are basically looking at another high chance for a higher success.

It's been rumoured that Manchester City or PSG will sign Lionel Messi soon. But I've seen this news today: https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/58114039Guardiola says that Messi is not in their thoughts now. He thought that Messi would stay at Barcelona. They signed Jack Grealish and gave the number 10 to him. So, it looks like we may not see Messi at City. PSG seem to be closer to sign him very soon. As they have Neymar and Mbappe also, they will be the deadliest trio surely. Guardiola signed Jack Grealish a few days ago. Now they don't seem to be thinking of taking Messi to the team. Manchester City will have to spend a lot of money to get Messi in the team, Manchester City may not spend that much extra money at the moment. Messi's next destination is most likely to be PSG. Because there is no shortage of money of PSG. But as far as it seems, Messi will decide to stay in Barcelona at the last moment. Staying at Barcelona? There is no way for it. Haven't you seen that Barcelona are not able to sign Messi because of having a bad financial condition. And the offer they were preparing to make was against La Liga's structures. So this means there is no way that Barcelona can sign Messi now. So, we should focus on which team he will go to. City or PSG?

It is not ridiculous but actually PSG doesn't need a new midfielder, they already have enough players in that position. Maybe PSG will sign Pogba with low fees or even no fees but then the problem can be on the player salaries. I think PSG won't plan to sign another top player if they successfully sign Messi this season. PSG is trying to get more audiences for Ligue by gathering all those stars in one team
I believe PSG really wants UCL trophy this season. It is the possible biggest reason why PSG management signs many top players currently. They already have some chances to win it previously, they probably have the intention to try with a bigger effort this season. If PSG can sign Messi, I bet for PSG to win UCL this season.

And finally it is official! Manchester City have signed Aston Villa's 25-year-old player Jack Grealish for €120m (£100m). He has signed a six-year contract with the team. I guess that the team are quite delighted with this signing. And they will hope it not to be in vain. Jack Grealish is definitely going to be under pressure. Let's see if he will handle this nicely. I already believed that this hiring would take place, it only lacked the official announcement. 100 million euros... in fact paid a "good value", football is surprising us more and more. Moving on to another matter, Messi left Barcelona after 17 seasons and countless goals. Will he go to City too? They haven't signed any strikers for this season yet, but I doubt they still have any money after this Grealish signing. I'm not sure about Messi going to Manchester City. Because I've heard that Guardiola made a statement like Messi is not in their plans for now. He said that Grealish got the number 10 and they wouldn't make any changes about this. It was sad to hear. But I still hope that maybe they can change their mind and make a contract offer to him. The biggest candidate to go is seeming like PSG now. That would be great also as there are Neymar and Mbappe there. However, there are still some speculations about Mbappe that he will be leaving this summer.

Arsenal is a big club, do you think that super league that was discarded don't know what they are doing before including Arsenal?, Arsenal can pay Messi salary, the issue is just the Kroenke is a stingy man, no one would ever believe the miracle that Arsenal did as regarding Emirate stadium, if Arsenal had qualified for champions league and they are ready to spend big I believe that Messi might join them because he's gonna introduce who to buy to play with
It was a pretty wild idea to think that Messi would join Arsenal. If not for Italy, Messi could have gone to France with PSG. Neymar still seem to be Messi's best friend and I think it will be if PSG are interested in him. While Messi can still play at a high level for a few more season, PSG could consider this opportunity to see if the Champions League suit them next season. Considering he is 34 years old, maybe 2 or 3 years is a good contract to offer Messi. Yes, Neymar and Messi seems to be best friend and PSG dream either is to link them together by signing Messi to their team but Arsenal also seems to be part of the best club Messi can move to and he's going to play along side with young players. Too bad, Barcelona and LaLiga lost their best icon just because of the salary rule. I didn't expect Barcelona to end their partnership with Messi in this way. They were too late to offer him a new contract or indeed Barcelona were ready to part with Messi.
First, you should expect the Barcelona and Messi to end their partnership this due to all the previous misunderstandings that happened between the club management and Messi. Mind you, he have wanted to leave the club before and I believe he mind has but he has to stay because of the fans and I'm sure the Real Madrid fans will be happy about his decision to leave Barca for good.

It is claimed that Raphael Varane has arrived in England to finalize the deal with Manchester Utd. Before having a medical check, the 28-year-old defender will have to complete a period of quarantine. I wonder how much he will cost to Manchester Utd. We don't even know the transfer fee now.

Football is alot more than just winning a trophy. Even if they intended to win UCL, it doesnt justify their action of signing all those top stars. Its nothing more than trying to get more audiences to Ligue 1 and turning it into one of the better league out there. Its pretty much the same thing that Real Madrid did back then

There was information that if Messi comes to Paris Saint-Germain, Mbappe will leave the club. It seems that Real Madrid intends to take advantage of this situation and lure the French player to itself. However, it seems that Paris Saint-Germain does not give up hope of agreeing and keeping the player at home. And so, of course, it would be interesting to see a super-connection of Messi, Neymar and Mbappe. In favor of the deal between Messi and Paris Saint-Germain, the leaked information says that only Paris Saint-Germain contacted the player after the announcement of the non-signing of the contract with Barcelona and the brother of the Emir of Qatar has already announced on Twitter that the negotiations have already been officially completed.

Even though Messi is 34 years old and his form will likely continue to decline, but for a big club that managed to attract Messi there are other benefits that can be obtained. Messi will attract many sponsors, because Messi has a lot of followers from all over the world, this can be a good income for the club that signed him. Then the experience of Messi, who has won many trophies, can help increase the motivation of other players in his new team. And I also believe that Messi can still contribute at least for the next 3 years, so surely there will be a lot of big teams who want Messi. And the rumors circulating say the most likely PSG will succeed in getting Messi, although it is possible that Man City or Chelsea are also looking for a striker, it is possible to consider signing Messi.
While this may be true and his form might decline, he is still among the best of the best easily. Just look at this quality to serve for others to score. Just look at his free kick abilities. Just look at the fact that he still scores 30+ per season and far in the 40s with all scorer points taken together. He might not be the fastest dribbler anymore even though saying that he is not a fast dribbler anymore is still an exaggeration. All the data you say about Messi proves that Messi is still productive and can make a big contribution to his new team. So it's really worth Messi playing in a big team and getting a big salary too. It is very interesting to see that Messi is no longer wearing the Barcelona jersey. Messi does need a challenge in another league, and it looks like PSG are the most likely to get Messi right now, although there are rumors that Chelsea will want to join in on the pursuit of Messi. But we all know it's very difficult to compete with PSG, with PSG's huge finances, it seems very difficult for other teams to compete for Messi.

This is going to be ridiculous, according to Fabrizio Romano & Mohamed Bouhafsi after Messi PSG will go for Pogba.
Lmao. I was looking at the starting eleven of PSG with Messi in, and it was like all-star or a team that can play EURO or even World Cup and win it. Now Pogba? seriously? PSG is spending alone more than a major league or a dozen of small leagues? I wonder know how the hell the coach will manage to make such amount of players participate in most games.. You know let's just make 10 possible substitutes per match and give all titles for PSG. I am not angry, no, I am just feeling too much ridiculous imbalance between clubs.

A condition that does not benefit Barcelona and also La Liga of course. Barcelona lose the opportunity to get money if Messi is sold because his current status is a free agent or free transfer. On the other hand, without Messi, Laliga will taste bland which will reduce the audience's interest. I don't know who to be proud of in Barcelona without Messi's presence in the field, although in the end Messi also had to stop as an active player if his contract was extended. But it's true, ElClasico will never again be the same as previous season because the La Liga superstar is gone. If PSG's decision to sign Messi for 2 years with the option of an extension of 1 year is announced soon, then PSG will have a row of megastars in their starting XI. Congratulations PSG, and goodbye Barcelona.

However, things happened that allowed Barcelona and ElClasico management to execute all their plans. But they had a chance if they accepted the financing proposal from La Liga and not taken part in the Super Cup. Which might be helpful.
