One of the biggest reasons why Salah hasn't really left Liverpool yet is because Liverpool gave him a chance when other teams didn't (re: Chelsea and Roma). Another good reason is the fact that he's currently in one of the best forms of his career and moving away might make him become inconsistent with his performances. Better to stick to what works for him and so far Liverpool has been his most successful club.
