I think this is not the best deal for Newcastle. $30M for Chris wood seems a bit high in my eyes, that too for a 30year old striker. Only explanation is that Newcastle contacted Burnley for Woods and Burnley knows how important is Woods for them and they won't let him leave until there is a good bid on the table and there we go..Woods to Newcastle.
