Chelsea are under a big threat now. Because they are facing the possibility of losing some of their important players before the next season. Christensen is one of those players as he is an important defender for the team like Rüdiger. As most people know, Real Madrid are aiming to sign Rüdiger and there are some other clubs on the line too. It wouldn't be very ideal for Chelsea to lose two of their good-performing defenders. But I feel like this will happen.

After Trippier and that totally crazy Chris Wood transfer, Newcastle is apparently targeting Keylor Navas next.
To be honest, they seem completely lost to me. Paying 30 mil for Chris Wood is borderline insane and now they are after a goalkeeper when they have Dubravka - a really solid PL goalie.

Sven Botman deal appears to be dead after Lille decided they won't be selling him during the winter, I would not be surprised at all if they paid like 20 mil pounds for someone like Nat Phillips in the next few days.

Chris Wood actually is good give his age but 30million seems like really waste of money. I really do wonder who is behind the brains for this transfer inside Newcastle. Seems like failure of getting any big names is just taking toll on their heads now. Except for Trippier , I did't liked any of the their transfers.
Newcastle United do have a lot of budget to buy players in the current transfer market, but I dont think if they are going to make a crazy purchase to bring in wood from Burnley for 30 million pounds, it looks like apart from looking for new players, newcastle must also look for talent scouts and a reliable negotiator in conducting current transfer transactions Grin.
It's not wrong to buy a 30-year-old player at an expensive price, but the player must have good statistics in every appearance at the club, while Wood, who this season has only scored 3 goals in 17 games with Burnley, of course he doesn't deserved valued 30 million pound sterling.
Looks like wood is a panic buy from newcastle this season due to not getting a other striker Grin.

Although Rüdiger is targetted by Real Madrid and AC Milan is interested to sign Christensen, doesn't mean those players automatically move from Chelsea. I am not sure both Rüdiger and Christensen prefer to move than staying in Chelsea. They must think that there is no guarantee that they will be the key players as in Chelsea when they move to those clubs. They also may fail to adapt to the new game style of new clubs and end sitting on the bench. There are many considerations before they decide to new clubs, not only about salaries. Chelsea management will convince them to stay in many ways and probably offer them bigger salaries. So, I am not sure both Rüdiger and Christensen to leave Chelsea as they have felt comfortable there.

But I feel like this will happen.

Since Tuchel's arrival and also Chelsea's success in the 2021 summer transfer window. Chelsea is currently one of the teams in the Premier League
with the best squad. But some Chelsea players have doubts about their future, because some Chelsea players whose contracts will expire at the end of
this season. And the player is likely to leave Chelsea at the end of this season, if not immediately extended his contract. One of them is
Andreas Christensen, who was one of the key players who managed to help Chelsea win the Champions League trophy last season. So losing
Christensen will be very detrimental for Chelsea, Chelsea could buy new players to replace Christensen, but it will probably take some time to adapt
and doesn't guarantee it will also play as well as Christensen. So I hope the Chelsea management moves quickly to extend some of the players
who are out of contract this season. because it's not only Cristensen who will be out of contract. There are also Antonio Rudiger, Cesar Azpilicueta
and Thiago Silva whose contracts are about to expire. It would be very detrimental to Chelsea if they let their players leave Chelsea for free.

I dont think that Newcastle will just throw money on random players and just try to sign anything. They are going at this really smart and slow. They got Trippier in this transfer window and thats a huge signing. I think they just want to survive this season and next probobly to get some elite players

Yes, spending 30 million for Chris Wood is too much. Chris Wood is no longer a young player and he isn't a top player, his value should be under 30 million. I am a bit surprised why Newcastle decided to buy this man with a big amount of money. There are too many other center-forwards that they can buy with 30 million. To avoid more waste money, I agree that Newcastle needs a new scout that has a good reputation in choosing and negotiating for new players.

Still not understand why Chris Wood spent much money by Newcastle United and waste almost £25 million to get his sign's from Burnley, right now Chris Wood has 30 year old and not gold age for football player but looks crazy for Newcastle United keep get him. Different with Kieran Trippier and spent only £11 million get him from Newcastle United but he has many experience with bigger club from Spurs until Atletico Madrid and last season success give Atletico La Liga trophy, but what have giving by Chris Wood so far for his club never success reach higher position standing on primer league.

Pressurizing a player is really bad and Dortmund taking that step has pushed Haaland into thinking about moving away from the German club. Haaland is a very focused player and all he wants to do is play football and this thing is coming in between so naturally he will think about it. It will be interesting to see where he lands but yeah what coinlocket$ meant up there was Mino Raiola is kinda money minded and he really does take a lot commission and that's why most of the big teams take off their interests off for example- Bayern who once did but they put down their interests after hearing his commission.

After the 5:1 win against Freiburg, he talks about his future and not good about his current club BVB. He will decide soon and I think there are only 4-5 clubs where he wants to play. Current I strongly bet on the Premier League.

Quote
Haaland angry: "In the past six months, I decided not to say anything - out of respect for Dortmund. But now the club has started to push me to make a decision. They are putting me under pressure. But all I want is to play soccer. And I guess that means I have to get a move on. They want an answer. That's why I have to make a decision soon."

Christensen and Rudiger are both very important players for Chelsea's defense. Christensen is an exciting young prospect and has the potential to be one of the best in the future and thus, Chelsea should look at his contract right now and offer him an extension as many clubs will be in for him to sign him for free.

We already know that Rudiger is a target for Real Madrid, so I think it's worth a shot for offering him a contract although the possibility of him signing in is quite low as any player would want to go to Real Madrid.

But I feel like this will happen.

We haven't heard anything from Rudiger or Christensen about their futures but if Chelsea wants to keep hold of them, they should act as soon as possible and offer them a contract as teams will swoop in if they don't react soon enough.

As there has already been a trend started for the clubs to wait out the player's contract to expire and then sign him for free. RMA already signed Alaba for free and they would be keen to sign Rudiger for free as well.

Christensen is currently the target of Borussia Dortmund and Barcelona and the possibility of christensen leaving Chelsea is getting bigger in my opinion, because until now christensen has not wanted to sign a contract extension which will expire in June 2022, I think if chelsea loses christensen it will certainly make their defense weak, because so far I have seen that christensen is a player who can replace thiago silva quite well with the formation of 3 defenders which is often used by tuchel.
Other than that, it will be very difficult for chelsea to be able to get a player who has qualified qualities like christensen, who is able to read the game and is good at building attacks from the back.

Actually now the decision about rudiger's future is in the hands of chelsea, because reportedly rudiger is ready to extend the contract if chelsea wants to meet the conditions he gave, so far rudiger has stated that he will stay if chelsea is willing to increase his salary this season.

Youri Tielemans is one of the midfielders who have been targeted by many teams this season because it is only a short time before Youri's contract with Leicester will expire.
but on the other hand they also set this player at a price that is quite expensive at least the club that wants to sign this player must spend 60 million pounds for this young player.
But when it comes to Arthur and Youri Tielemans, I personally will definitely choose Youri Tielemans. even though arthur's performance before juventus was quite good
I don’t think Arsenal is serious about this Youri Tieleman's deal. Because Arsenal have been in advanced talks for much of the month with Juventus over a move for the former Barcelona playmaker, although Juventus have made things complicated for the Gunners lately as they have been delaying it because they want a replacement. Everyone would prefer Tielemans to Arthur but I don’t think Arsenal would want to pull out £60m on Tielemans. I want them to take Arthur on loan. I like his style of play but hopes he adapt to the English game. He is good with the ball and good passing skills and composure. If Arthur Melo impresses in this loan, the Arsenal faithful will forget about Renato Sanches, Bruno Guimarães and Xhaka.

Granit Xhaka's inconsistency in midfield is what is making Arsenal hunt for a new midfielder, and the perfect replacement would have been Tielemans or Renato Sanchez. At this point in time where Arsenal is without Thomas Partey,we need two midfielders who can fill in that gaps.

Transfer rumours:

Real Madrid or Barcelona must spend 350 million euros (£292m) to sign Norway striker Erling Braut Haaland from Borussia Dortmund, a figure that includes the 21-year-old's transfer fee, wages across a six-year deal and commissions paid to agent Mino Raiola and his father. Does it just seem to me that this is a huge amount of money for a still relatively young player who has not learned to play under great pressure of expectations? Besides, it seems to me that this is an unattainable amount of money for Barcelona.
Everton and manager Rafael Benitez have agreed to part company, with talks continuing over the details of his departure. Duncan Ferguson, who is part of Benitez's coaching team, has been asked to take over as caretaker manager. It seems to me that Benitez has not had any luck with the results he achieves in his clubs for a long time. Where he could go now?
Chelsea must increase their £33m offer if they want to sign Barcelona's Frenkie de Jong. Barca are demanding 60 million euros (£50m) for the 24-year-old Netherlands midfielder, who is also wanted by Bayern Munich. Where Frenkie de Jong will eventually go. Who has a better chance of bringing him?
Paris St-Germain boss Mauricio Pochettino has been linked with taking over as Manchester United manager but, with no direct talks between the two parties, another major European club is also interested in the Argentine's services. Manchester United have changed a lot of coaches lately, but it seems that there is no clear vision and no results and trophies that the fans expect. Can Pochettino help them?
Egypt forward Mohamed Salah is refusing to budge on a belief he is worth £400,000-a-week to sign a new contract with Liverpool. The 29-year-old's current deal runs out in the summer of 2023. Will Salah and Liverpool eventually agree or will Salah leave the club?

There is fresh news from the Marca side. They say that Barcelona and Real Madrid will have to pay an insane amount of money to sign Dortmund striker Erling Haaland this summer. They say that the total sum can be around 350 million euros. It is including transfer fee, wages for a 6-year deal and commissions paid to his agent Mino Raiola and his father. This is really a great deal of money and I don't think that Barcelona can pay that much money as they are in a financial trouble currently. But Real Madrid should be able to meet his demands.

Chris Wood actually is good give his age but 30million seems like really waste of money. I really do wonder who is behind the brains for this transfer inside Newcastle. Seems like failure of getting any big names is just taking toll on their heads now. Except for Trippier , I did't liked any of the their transfers.

I think this is not the best deal for Newcastle. $30M for Chris wood seems a bit high in my eyes, that too for a 30year old striker. Newcastle are now in a building phase and they need to focus on buying young players so that they can aim for being one of the best in Europe in the next 3 or 4 years, but I don't get the logic to buying a 30year old striker for $30M. That too, for an average striker.

Antonio Rüdiger and Andreas Christensen are important defender player for Chelsea but for Rudiger faced with little problem about salary for extended new contract with Chelsea. I think very bad decision if Chelsea can't extended new contract for Rudiger because he is the best defender for Chelsea except have Thiago Silva but he was over age and now have been 38 years old, depend with Rudiger still 28 years old and can giving many match for Chelsea. Have rumors PSG interested with Rudiger where become free transfer player on summer window transfer and Cristensen looks close with Dortmund.

Barcelona striker Ousmane Dembele has announced his desired salary to the management of his club, according to Sport.es. According to the source, the player is ready to stay in the camp of the "blue garnet" if they pay him 40 million euros a year.

If the club does not agree to such a deal, then the player will play the current season to the end, and in the summer he will leave the team as a free agent. It is worth noting that Dembele is now acting from a position of strength, since the Premier League and France are showing interest in him, where they are ready to pay him a high salary.

Usmen also demands 20 million euros from the Catalans for himself and his agent as a signing bonus. Thus, the contract for 5 years will cost Barcelona 240 million euros. It is unlikely that the "blue garnet" will be able to afford such a transfer, given their financial problems.

Only explanation is that Newcastle contacted Burnley for Woods and Burnley knows how important is Woods for them and they won't let him leave until there is a good bid on the table and there we go..Woods to Newcastle. Question is so why Newcastle didn't backed out when they asked for a good bid to let him go? Do they really value him 30m which is absurd? Well money isn't a problem for Newcastle so other teams can make good advantage for this and Burnley did well.  Cheesy
