I wonder why he makes such statements? Obviously, he does not have that kind of money or the authority to conduct such transactions on behalf of people who have such money. Or is there something I don't know?

Don't know what kind of game he is playing there.. also not sure about if he is serious at all. But I think there are many buyers who will give a best offer for the club and I am sure McGregor to own Chelsea will only be a dream. I am sure Abrahamovich will look for someone who can become a owner like he is and knows its more than just money and all. He owned the club for two decades (I think-not sure) and Chelsea had their ups and downs but he stayed. He wants to sell it to someone who has the same level of passion for the club like he does. And McGregor is nowhere near that.

I think he's trying to reduce the price of Chelsea club, otherwise its a little bit unclear how he can talk about 2.5 billion sterling discount. despite Chelsea's ups and downs the diapason between the offer and accept is very different. of course its not excluded that there may be mistake in evaluating the team's price but....

It seems to me that thinking about profit is just as important as about trophies - we can easily see this in the example of Barcelona, which has won many trophies but the club is on the verge of bankruptcy due to the financial policy of the management. Abramovich easily spent a lot of money on the club (and got a lot of trophies as a result) for the simple reason that it was not his money, but money stolen from the people of Russia. I think that the next owner of the club will be more rational and I don't see anything wrong with that.

^ I guess he just wanted the best for the club but by doing so he can not harm anyone else or cause anyone else any problem. But whatever he did, need for the best for the club. At least that I can say from football's perspective.
The club became one of the best. And a club will always have to think about the profits. Otherwise, we all know what happened to Barcelona, they are still in very big debt. I think the new Chelsea owner will also think like that and do what's best for the club.

As I understand it, financial fair play measures were introduced for these reasons, among other things - there were many who wanted (like Abramovich or sheikhs) to inflate the club's budgets with "easy" money. These measures have proven to be effective - the EPL is the most profitable football league in the world to my knowledge and now we see that English football clubs are close to dominating the international arena again.

And the English Premier League is also the most competitive League in all football too. I don't think that any other League even comes close to the EPL at the moment. And money is obviously going to be important for any club.

After all, money will bring better players and better results. And I also agree that certainly, English football clubs are close to dominating the international arena again.

McGregor tweet is indeed quite attracting the attention of chelsea fans right now, McGregor desire to acquire chelsea makes their quite surprised, but in my opinion it is just a joke especially so far McGregor is a manchester united fan, McGregor has made an offer that reaches 1.5 billion Pounds Sterling and it is clear that the price of the offer is still far from what Abramovich expects at this time, as the owner of the club and also a person who loves Chelsea all this time, of course Abramovich will not let Chelsea go to the wrong person although that person may dare to buy at a high price.
It's been reported right now Musin Bayrak, who is an investor from Turkey, has joined the competition to acquire Chelsea, Musin Bayrak who is a close friend of Abramovich seems to be a strong candidate as the next owner of Chelsea in my opinion.

But I don't know if there is a game or not there but for sure if this really happens then it will be very suspicious for that.
Even though possession is important but will they destroy chelsea if someone like this buys them lol.
I don't think Abramovich will just give up on issues like this, especially ownership is one of the most vital in my opinion.

Raiola is said to have forced Barcelona to either sign Haaland AND Noussair Mazraoui or they will get neither of both. It would be the deal of his lifetime it is said. The issue is that Dortmund will be extremely disappointed as Mazraoui will be without contract this summer and Dortmund wants to sign him, but he is managed by Raiola. That could end up in quite the shit show as it seems.

It looks like Skybet has him going to PSG then Juventus with Real Madrid not far behind.  But it's close imho.  I think it's just a matter of who could pay him more and who could pay his agent his fees more.  Lol.  But with those three clubs I think Real Madrid could be the most willing to pay more.  PSG's weekly wage budget is prolly shot with Messi, Neymar, Ramos and those other guys.  Not sure what Juve's situation is.

It has been speculated too much so far that Pochettino will leave the team this summer and join Manchester United most probably. And it is likely to happen as long as PSG reach an agreement with Zinedine Zidane. Because Manchester United also have been interested in bringing him. But when it comes to the manager spot at Tottenham, I think it won't happen. Tottenham have Conte already and I don't think that they will prefer changing their manager in the near future. I believe that Tottenham can be more successful with Conte rather than Pochettino.

Pochettino is unknown to be fair, Zidane is unknown as well. The reason we do not know what will happen to Pochettino is because we do not know what Zidane will do. If Zidane accepts PSG then Pochettino will leave to premier league, I am pretty sure about that much. That is why I believe that we need wait for what happens with Zidane first. Pochettino to United is a bit more obvious, Spurs are not doing well neither but they are neither underachieving as much as United, not they are not managerless right now.

United put a temporary manager there but we all know they will replace him ,whereas Spurs at least have one. Pochettino to United in case of Zidane to PSG is still the biggest possibility.

I have doubts about if Barcelona can even afford Erling Haaland next summer in case they reach an agreement with him and his agent verbally. Because Barcelona were already in a financial trouble while they were signing Ferran Torres. They will need to raise funds somehow to be able to pay the money Haaland would like. I think Antony would be a decent back-up for Serge Gnarby, yet I hope Gnarby extends his contract at Bayern and stays with the club for a long time. FC Bayern should become active here and try everything to keep the player at the club. McGregor turned from an athlete into a showman a long time ago, so such statements are most likely nothing more than an attempt to remind himself and hype at the next loud informational occasion. I'm not even sure Abramovich knows about his existence

I doubt that the words of a clown, even a famous one, have any weight in the business world.
However, the urgency of the deal obviously puts pressure on Abramovich, so it’s not a fact that he will be able to get all 4 billion for Chelsea.

I think instead of seeing this player, there are actually quite a lot of talented midfielders who can be used as an option considering Pogba's high salary.

Many doubt that Barcelona can bring in good players in the January transfer window. In fact, Barcelona managed to bring in several new players,
and the new players brought in by Barcelona proved to be effective in improving Barcelona's performance. Even though Barcelona was having
financial problems, I believe they have a way of getting Haaland or another new player at the end of the season. One way is to sell some players
who are considered not to have contributed, or some players will have their salaries reduced again. Barcelona is one of the biggest teams in the world,

Well, I sometimes think this whole financial fair play stuff doesn't work anyway. Yes Messi had to leave last season because they couldn't pay him. But in all past seasons everyone was astonished why a club like Barcelona can buy superstars, same for Madrid.  Maybe they do have a master plan and for Raiola it would pay off in a crazy way. Perhaps if Barcelonas sponsors want Haaland and Raiola demands that money is to be paid for another player under his management, sponsor might decide to go with it. Maybe that is his plan for now because everyone knows that Haaland can go anywhere.

This is not only a technical player for Juventus.
He is also a big marketing player.

Do you mean selling those old players and unused players on the bench? Those players have too cheap values, Barcelona won't get enough money to pay the transfer fees and salaries of Haaland and Mazraoui. Except Barcelona wants to sell their young talented players like Fati, Frankie De Jong, or Pedri. If they sell these players, maybe they get enough money.
