With current transfer market situation most chances Manchester United will try to secure few transfers because currently Manchester City, Liverpool, Tottenham and Arsenal are hot teams for having some good transfers with these they are going to give tough challenge to opponents but if Manchester United and Chelsea fail to have their desired transfers then surely they are going to face some big trouble which is not acceptable right now. Currently, both clubs are facing wired issues with Chelsea is surely having new owners but need some time for preparation in transfer market but on other hand Manchester United is also having issues just because of few bad seasons and bad transfer which are giving them shocks after shocks.

He has 2 big teams interested in him, Juventus and Barcelona.

I don't think Barcelona is the right place for Di Maria but maybe Juventus can still be for him.

Arsenal are very optimistic about getting the 25-year-old Brazilian's signature to join the Gunners next season but so far the transfer price has not been agreed with Arsenal's asking price, which is still far below the asking price of Manchester City.
  Regarding the ability there is no doubt about Gabriel Jesus to perform at the highest level by displaying more creativity in his game since arriving in the Premier League 6 years ago and he proved that with Manchester City last season.

I think it's a good move from Chelsea to move Werner & extra cash for De Ligt considering Richarlison will replace Lukaku and Werner isn't good in center forward as we can see how his performance, Kai Havertz can substitute with Richarlison or playing together depends on Thomas Tuchel strategy.

The reason why Neymar want to move to Chelsea is he looking for better payroll, but it doesn't make sense if he want better payroll in Chelsea because the most expensive payroll is Romero Lukaku that paid 325,000 Euro [1] while Neymar itself got paid 1,083,846 Euro [2] or 3x from Lukaku, Chelsea can't pay huge payroll and I believe that's pure of rumors.

Wayne Rooney was a very good football player, but as a coach, I don't think he is a sufficiently experienced and successful name yet. Due to Derby County's economic problems and the subsequent deletion of team score, Rooney could not manage a team as he wanted.
That's why I think this decision he made is right, he can take a good step for his own career by taking part in a much better team

His ability is actually still good enough to be a midfield creator and flow the ball into the opponent's defense line. I think have another scheme playing between Paul Pogba and Angle di Maria together on the same time because both player have different position, actually I would like interested to watch Di Maria and Paul Pogba can play together for Juventus on first minutes, Pogba as holding or can play on attacking midfielder and Angel Di Maria as winger left or right position can play with Pogba on the same time. Will be effective for Juventus attacking next season except will Di Maria have enough playing until 90 minutes or he will be active as substitutes player for Chiesa Juan Cuadrado.
