I do not know man :/ I mean De Ligt is great for sure, but 85 million? Bayern got Mane and Ryan together for less than half that I think, or at least less than that. De Ligt is great and all, but a 85 million for Bayern seems to be a huge number. If this was like I don't know liverpool or city, or even chelsea, someone from EPL who has a deep pocket, or even PSG, then I would totally get it. Because those "companies" spend money, they are like a business more than a team. But Bayern barely ever spends over 40 million for anyone, and now to spend more than double that amount for a single player? I don't know man.
New update is that De Ligt ONLY wants to join Bayern now. A first official offer from Bayern is being prepared and could be presented in the next few days. Not sure what the offered amount would be like but I don't expect them to be splurging 85 million. Probably around 50? as a first official offer.

I think Di Maria has always been in the shadow of other players in his team. In the Argentine national team you always have Messi, of course, no name can compete with that. Aguero had you there too. He didn't do badly at Real Madrid, but you'll never be a striker if Ronaldo is in your team too. He wasn't bad at United, but I don't think he was able to show his best there. He only got really good later on. Now at PSG, he also has the problem of playing in a team with Messi, Neymar and Mbappe again. Then you are basically 4th choice.
Will he become the first choice at juventus this time? I still not sure to be honest , he might be in the starting eleven for a season and or a couple of season and let's say doing well .. but with his current age at 34 years old if im not mistaken , he won't last long keep the performance up and stable. Despite yeah .. the juventus winger next season won't have too many competition which di maria should become the first choice easily. Well done juventus! With a salary of €7m, Angel Di Maria will be the fifth highest paid player in Italy during his one season with Juventus. I think you're crazy letting a young Dyballa go for free and taking an old 34-year-old Di Maria. It is true that Juventus is a home for old people. Signing old and free players all the time. Juventus is always looking for free things in the market, because they are the perfect home for this type of player both on and off the field. I wish him the best of luck on his journey.

Glad to see DiMaria is getting the respect he deserved as he really fought for every team he went from Real to United , PSG and now Juventus and he came as a free agent and that puts no pressure on him even if he is 34 years old he still has something to offer at the highest level of football.
Regarding Ronaldo ...I find those just pure speculations as I think he won't leave and most likely there is a pressure on-going on Man United in general to make this team fighting for EPL again as they kinda forgot the feeling of how is to fight for a title or even a trophy in the last years.
Clubs moving on! Yes he's GOATED! I respect him and love him as every fan would do ( Reminiscing chanting " Viva Ronaldo Running Down The Wing " ) But all seems Gon be over when he does leaves. Those aren't speculated news in any way, he wants out and Manchester United needs to see the opportunity in these and give some young lads in the squad a better chance. We'll feel the impact if he leaves but one thing that's for sure is that, Manchester will be great again as no player ( single ) is bigger than Manchester United. News moving hes no where to be found at the Pre-season tour team. New signing Nicknamed " Pit Bull " been handed jersey number 12 and Jersey number 8 to Bruno Fernandez

What I knew about this at first, if I'm not mistaken, they had an agreement on a new contract but indeed the arrival of Dusan was clearly one of the things that forced Juventus to be wiser in spending their money, which made a deal that was originally agreed to but suddenly Dybala's value was cut which made him unhappy. Actually, in this case I also won't blame Juventus, especially during the last few seasons even though Dybala is indeed quite good but he is not too optimal in my opinion.

For De Ligt, Bayern seems to be the closer one to sign him. Chelsea almost abandoned that idea and are turning towards De Jong which will cost them a lot unless they agree to a swap deal to reduce the cost. Of course, Chelsea still have to fix their defence line. There is Kimpembe that might be available since PSG agreed on his departure if they find a good deal ~€60m..
Yes, it looks like FC Bayern is going to get there 2 center defenders some support. Lucas Hernandez and Upamecano are young and good players, on the outside right / left Bayern is well positioned, there I think they need no new player. I think the deal makes sense and Bayern gets him now for the defense. One Goalgetter, one in midfield and one as a right defender is already there. And now one for the center defense.

The competition for football next season will be even more fierce, and Chelsea cannot expect more from an aging player. I certainly tend to expect Chelsea to take on young and talented players. Although Ronaldo is still productive, it cannot be guaranteed to last long. If Chelsea looks to the Monster Club the changes to determine young players have already been made. Manchester City and Liverpool, for example, target players who have long-term prospects. That's the most appropriate thing Chelsea needs to take as well.
I believe that Chelsea would probably do something to get better. I mean this is premier league football and Chelsea is one of the top teams there. With the new owner wanting to show how much he wants to be part of it, he is going to spend a lot of money at first. These type of people do not straight up spend their own money neither, they get like investors and such, so we are going to see a lot of new transfers. Maybe not all in the same off-season, but he is going to have some this year for sure. This is why I believe we should be quite happy to see what he is going to pull off. Chelsea fans at least should be very excited about it.

They actually need a center back. They parted ways with Sule after the expiration of his contract last month. They only have Upamecano as a center back and Lucas Hernandez to pair up sometimes. It is for sure that they will be eager to sign a defender to replace Sule. I think they can pull this deal regardless of Juventus asking fee. If they could pay €80M for Lucas Hernandez back in 2019, then meeting Juventus fee for De Ligt's deal won’t be an issue. If Bayern do pull off this signing, it would be another excellent coup in a window that has already brought them Sadio Mane and Ryan Gravenberch.

Is signing Ronaldo the best thing Chelsea can do right now? Looking at how he ended up in Manchester United and how many people expected a lot from him, it appears as if he is not in the team, he will not be able to take them to the Champions League as many people expected, signing for Chelsea may give the same, though anything can happen, but Chelsea could have looked for a young aged player to buy instead of Ronaldo.
If they want to do it for the long term maybe Ronaldo can't fulfill that but for the term 1 or 2 seasons it still can and Ronaldo is a good choice. But even though it's actually like that, I'm still not too sure whether they can bring Ronaldo or not in this case, even though Todd Boehly has prepared a lot of money, I'm not too sure that Ronaldo will go there. It seems Todd Boehly has big plans for Chelsea. But bringing Ronaldo on board feels like a bit of a stretch to me. No offense to CR7, but I think there will not be much he'd contribute because we have the likes of ngolo, Kai havertz and Mount, he may not really have much impact. Take his stint at Man United for instance.

When a star is old, the influence is only about his name and also his experience in every match, because in terms of performance it has clearly started to decline even though he still has the ability to score goals. But it is always based on very good cooperation within a team so that its potential can be seen and also the team can benefit. Because a team will not develop if each player only puts forward their respective egos to show themselves the best without collaborating with other players.

You can't blame Ronaldo in the situation that Manchester United experienced last season for failing to get a ticket to the Champions League. ronaldo has tried hard with his big contribution in scoring goals. It's just that Manchester United experienced a fairly large transition period last season with a change of coach and also some big problems hit them. So with this situation Ronaldo will definitely choose to leave this summer in order to be able to play in the highest competition league UCL together with other clubs.

But I also think that signing Ronaldo is not a wise choice for Chelsea, he is aged and too expensive for Chelsea, Ronaldo should be their last option.

De Ligt has rejected a move to Chelsea - it seems like he wants only Bayern. Salihamidžić has good connections wit the Juve board and all parties are confident that a deal can be reached.
I think that De Ligt is a fantastic player - and Bayern really needs a quality CB. Their only options there are Upamecano and Hernandez.

I think that most likely Ronaldo will leave the Premier League and go to Spain or Italy. He is old and English football is too intense for him. There were rumors about Ronaldo joining Roma, because of Jose Mourinho, but this might be a lie. I don't believe that Ronaldo is going to return to Juventus or Real Madrid. He definitely wants to play more and returning to Madrid will make him a second option of Vinicius Junior. Doing back to his first team in Portugal-Sporting Lisbon would be an interesting option, but Ronaldo is player, who wants to win trophies and Sporting can't compete with Porto and Benfica in Portugal.

That's obvious, and after all, Chelsea are also looking for a few other players at the moment for next season, so their focus at the moment is not only on Ronaldo, even though Ronaldo is still in a very good category. But Chelsea also need to consider spending some money into the transfer market for an old player who still has as great a talent as Ronaldo.

I personally think that both Upamecano and Hernandez are really great central backs. It is true though that especially Upamecano had a pretty rough first season at Bayern and did not really perform that well. I think though that he will be able to show great performances again once he becomes more used to the new club and also gets more confidence. Still a transfer of De Ligt would totally make sense for Bayern in my opinion. The big problem could be that Juve probably wants around 80M € for him which is a huge amount. Maybe if Bayern will sell Lewandowski for 40 M€ or even more then De Ligt could come. That would be my personal wish.

That it is true that it was Manchester United's own performance that caused them to be labeled "bad" in his performances last season. Now Manchester United's move to change coaches for next season I think is quite appropriate. But they should not judge in just one season, because it was quite difficult for Ten Hag to lift Manchester United's performance after what happened to them in the previous season.
