All thanks to Anthonio Conte who's making this happen, he is a man that knows what he wants and definitely will go for any player he wants at the moment. I'm really interested in the talk involving Kante. Arsenal planning to open bid with Chelsea for N'golo Kante is totally unacceptable because on the other hand, blues have lose most of their player this summer in the transfer window. No amount Gunners will offer that will make Todd Boehly change his mind and sell one of their tough midfielder right from day one. Arsenal can still open bid for him but I strongly believe the midfielder will reject the deal because blues is his home and had always been there for the team at tough times.
