Some people said that they were thinking Mane in that position if Lewandowski left but I don't see it logical.

Didn't Mane play a pure striker - center forward role a few times under Klopp?  I've noticed that we've been seeing it recently and towards the end of last season.  I think Nagelsmann will def put him in that role and spearhead Bayern's attack in most of their matches.  It should be fun to watch.

And btw, if Ten Hag won't be the guy to bring United back to their former glory, hear this...  It's gonna be Nagelsmann if they get lucky enough to convince him to join them.

I don't think so. If Nathan Aké will move to Chelsea, Man City needs 1 new center-back at least. I think 3 center-backs aren't enough for the whole season, how if they got injured? It will be a big problem if Man City has no good substitution for center-backs. Having good midfielders and front liners will get nothing if they have a weak defense. Man City must think about this seriously, they should have a plan to anticipate if Nathan Aké really leaves the club in this transfer window.

I don't understand why Guardiola is only looking to strengthen his forwards. The Forward and midfield are very strong in Manchester City. But compared to that their defense is very weak. Guardiola must strengthen his defense if he wants to win the Champions League and Premier League titles. If the defense is weak, Manchester City will not be able to survive on a platform like the Champions League. Guardiola will have to find his replacement very quickly if Nathan Ake leaves the team.

Dilas and Laporte are actually still very good and cannot be said to be weak in maintaining City's defense.
You can see in this season alone from all the leagues in the EPL running they have only conceded 26 goals there and this is not an easy achievement especially for the Premier League.

I have just seen it on Transfermarkt yeah. I'm happy for their side honestly. This was their main issue in the end. In addition to this transfer I expect them to sign one more defender. They are still in talks with Manchester City for Nathan Ake now and maybe even Kounde can come too. Chelsea had better go for Kounde first if they really want him because Manchester City don't have interest in him as long as they keep Ake. However maybe they can give up on looking for another defender too while having Thiago Silva.

I doubt Manchester City will sell Nathan Ake, there's a news Chelsea have an interest to sign Presnel Kimpembe from PSG, so it might either Kounde or Kimpembe will join Chelsea.

I don't think Lewandowski took as much as risk as Barcelona did, Lewandowski is already almost 34 years old, and I don't Bayern Munchen would have renewed his contract next year beyond a year or two at most, and with Barcelona he very likely the going to get 2-3 years worth of deal as well, he barely has anything to lose, he's had an already illustrious career that most player would give everything to have. However, Barcelona on the other hand have taken a huge risk, and more so a financially unwise decision, given their current financial status and the amount the club will have to pay in terms of wages, the team literally cannot afford to go another year without silverware else it'll be back to how awful things were after the previous board left, if not far worse.

Although Lewandowski is 33 years old, he is expected to be able to continue his impressive performances for at least 2 more seasons. He has played very well in the last few years with Bayern Munich. I really don't understand what their plan with Eriksen is. Where will he play?
They have 10 players fighting for 4 offensive positions and not a single midfielder that can control the game. Even if they complete the De Jong deal, their midfield will still be really imbalanced.

Eriksen is more to experience than those bunch of mediocre offensive midfielders in the squad, Bruno Fernandes who plays similar role has no impact in their midfield he is just running around and he is not a good passer of ball, Eriksen will bring his wealth of experience as into the team as a creative midfielder and a good passer of ball, he will also help the youngsters in the team to develop and will assist their attackers in scoring many goals, De Jong plays as a central midfielder of course Erik Ten Hag knows how he will play the duo in the midfield if De Jong eventually sign for Man Utd honestly both player can compliment each other in the team.

I also don’t understand why they are not trying to improve the midfield of the team, instead of just obsessing over increasing the attacking power. They don’t have a reliable midfield and they have a lot of problems in the defense as well. Good decision from Bayern Munich, why hold on Lewandoski for so long ? Verbal agreement already been reached between player and Barcelona for months now.
de Ligt is a great talent, does neat defending causes less errors, has leadership skills and also a good passer of the ball. Bayern should wrap things up in a jiffy.

Manchester United should care less about players not ready to fight for the badge and club. Franke De Jong has shown not once nor twice he wants to remain at Barcelona.

Ronaldo ? I'm still not worried over him anymore longer, Bayern Munich seems to have rejected him for the second time. He should just do this for Manchester United one more season.

Manchester United are convinced Frenkie de Jong is committed to joining the club despite reports in Spain that the Netherlands midfielder, 25, is desperate to stay at Barcelona. It seems to me that Frenkie de Jong is behaving quite unreasonably. Why stay in a club that doesn't want you and where you won't play and reject a good offer from a club that wants you and where you will definitely play? It is obvious that Ronaldo does not want a rich football retirement just yet and wants to fight for new trophies.

It seems that finally Bayern Munich has decided to move Lewandoski to Barcelona, I think that this is the best decision for both parts considering that Lewandoski wouldn't have any motivation for this year at Bayern, so,

First of all, I don’t know how Barcelona is even being able to afford to pay this kind of money to Bayern Munich, and secondly, if this does actually end up happening, Barcelona is going to be a very strong team and a big competitor of Real Madrid in the next season in my opinion.

Obviously, I could be wrong, but Robert Lewandowski and the team will have a lot more stability, especially in the attacking department. And Barcelona better be able to win everything in the next season. Otherwise, they will have to repent about what they are doing right now.

Ideally, I didn't think they'd agree to pay the $50 million for Robert Lewandowski, which Bayern Munich wanted. And this is obviously overpriced, as is the case with Barcelona.
