Mathijs de Ligt is one remarkable defender in Juventus, perhaps he's young but with a guided experience he exhibits in games for the old lady. Juventus losing him to Munich is a really a big loss for them and also blues failing to win him over is not a good news for the London side. Mathijs de Ligt contract with Juventus with be valid until 2027 and he got signed for a whopping fee of €70m with 10m add-ons. Mathijs de Ligt will do better in any team he play for because he's not just good in defending but also good in striking the ball with accuracy.

Dybala is a free agent meaning he's currently out of contract with Juventus and has no club. He will be open to opportunities at the time and whether he chooses to join Roma will depend on his priorities, if he wants Champions league football then Roma would be out of consideration because they won't be playing in the champions league next season but he might be assured of more playing time at Roma if he prioritize getting playing time so as i said it all goes down to his priorities in making a move.

De ligt would have been a good addition to Koulibaly and the Chelsea team bur it's unfortunate to Chelsea that they could not secure him. They should therefore scour for another good defender.
Chelsea will likely have some defensive issues if they don't sign only world class defenders. This is because almost all their defence line left
 From Rudiger, Aplicuata, Christainsen all left, it might take time for the new defence line to adapt if they are not world class players.

Congratulations to Bayern Munich, De Light will be a success in their team as he will improve them and help them challenge for titles, as for Chelsea, i do not think they will be too disappointed, they are not doing any badly in this transfer window, as for them needing defenders, they already have Koulibaly in Stamford Bridge, and i think the discussion of the transfer of Kimpembe from PSG is progressing, i am not entirely sure about that, but if Chelsea can get him, that will solve their defensive issues, and they should be more than ready for the new season with their squad.

It is very difficult to buy a player from Spurs, especially one that they do not want to let go of, and still has a contract with them, i have seen it happen, they know how to drag the transfer discussions, and table exorbitant asking fee from the club that wants the player. Spurs did this same thing to City last summer when they were chasing Harry Kane, and thus i believe it is going to be very difficult for Bayern to sign Kane, except the player forces a move, and doesn't care at all about a fall out with the club and its fans.

Harry Kane is already playing preseason for Spurs and has shown no intention to leave this summer. I call this BS because even if he was linked with any team. If I was Harry Kane I'd gracefully accept it if Bayern Munich made such an offer to sign me at Tottenham, yes it's rare to see English player's at the German bundesliga but believe me as I tell you, this is the best decision and offer all he's career. ( Some players like Sancho and  Bellingham are both English lads and have done marvelous at Germany. )
I have a big positive feeling that Harry Kane can get whatever he wants to achieve at Bayern Munich successfully, like he scores 30+ goals for Tottenham and has never won a single trophy not even from the National team to he's profile isn't that such a big harm to such a great talented player ? Harry Kane is a top striker but I think he will go to Bayern Munich this summer as Conte has said Kane is not for sale. If they need a replacement for Lewandowski they will have to look elsewhere as Kane is an integral part of Conte's plan for next season. It is surprising to hear Bayern Munich are inquiring about the services of Harry Kane after signing Mane, I thought Mane was a replacement for Lewandoski and the situation with De Jong becomes more complicating as days go by. Stop believing false news; Harry Kane is not available in the current transfer market, and every club is aware of this, which is why no one has contacted Tottenham. Daniel Levy has stated unequivocally that Harry Kane is not for sale, and that the club is prepared to lose him as a free agent if he does not sign new contracts, but they are not selling. Harry Kane likes Conte's project and appears set to stay.

Yeah I also don't think that Harry Kane is going to prefer a move outside Tottenham right now. These are just rumours of course but Bayern Munich's interest might be real. However this wouldn't change anything as long as Harry Kane doesn't want to leave. When it comes to Mane, Bayern Munich would definitely prefer to use him as a left winger now. His main position is not centre-forward and he shouldn't be forced to play there as well. He would make a much bigger contribution on the left wing.
