Ronaldo didn't only return to training with Manchester United, he has also featured in Manchester United last pre season match in Spain with Roy Vallecano. Ronaldo was featured among young and second team players in the match. Tottenham are still after Memphis Depay but they haven't made any offer for him officially yet. I don't expect Barcelona to make any difficulties about this deal as they are also willing to sell him immediately. They need to start from somewhere to make their finance better. They wouldn't be able to make a huge profit in this transfer of course but it would be a start. Depay has been ready for joining a strong team so I don't expect him to reject Tottenham.

Memphis doesnt want to leave barcelona , but the club would just fine if he look for somewhere else .. and now it seems makes memphis depay feel unwanted and uncomfortable , guess what? Don't be surprised, Timo Werner has flop at Chelsea but just because he's a lovable guy, we the Chelsea fans aren't turning against him as we did against Lukaku. Timo Werner is ready to work hard but luck hasn't just been on his side. With the new season starting soon, he's unlikely to have a shot at playing. We just bought sterling and given a shirt number to Michy Batshuayi clearly sent a message to Romo Werner that his service won't be needed this season especially as we can't risk having someone that misses clear scoring opportunity, atleast with sterling he does score.

Batshuayi and Kai havertz would probably lead the attack so Timo Werner isn't favorite at the striker position. The financial of barcelona can't be called as good as it was before. It must have sold more rights to pay off the debt and buying the players.

if barcelona did not take the risk of bringing in good players, in the next seasons they would be fighting to stay in the 2, 3 and 4 position or they would be fighting not to be relegated, this cycle would not make them get out of the financial crisis, on the contrary many good players would leave the team because they see that the team is not fighting to win the league and champions league and is going through a financial crisis. In order to attract partners, investors, sponsors, the team needs to have good players who attract a lot of attention and win big things like La Liga and the Champions League. That deal included an exchange of Werner, nevertheless, Leipzig agreed with him separately to cut his wage and the only remaining thing is to see the asked price by Chelsea.
For Chelsea, they have to find an alternative, again... There is Fofana but PSG is looking for him too and there is Pavard which is available for sale once Chelsea made an interesting offer for Bayern.

I think it would be a lot more realistic if Chelsea actually sought after players who were not on very good terms with their teams. They should also look for clubs that are more willing to let their players depart.

But whatever they have to do they should do it fast. Otherwise, they are going to leak a lot of goals. Right now I am hearing that Chelsea is trying their finest to get a defender ASAP. I don't think Manchester City have any reason to sell Bernado Silva, he is a very important player for City, especially in the way Pep wants them to play, i am pretty sure Silva is staying at the Etihad, and even if City are to sell Silva, he will cost so much, and Barcelona can't afford him, they have spent so much money this summer already, but the Blaugrana club have been pulling up surprises this summer transfer window, so they could still do one more.

Having said that, i am not aware of City's interest in the player you mentioned, i doubt City are interested in any more attacking players/midfielders, for now i think they have one more deal to complete which should be the end of their summer business, and that is to get a left back, Cucurella is the selected one, but Brighton are asking for too much, City might explore other options elsewhere soon.
