In my opinion, Real Madrid is the perfect place for Jude Bellingham. We can already see that Real Madrid are trying to rebuild their midfield as Luka Modric and Toni Kroos have become older and Casimiro has left the club. Ronaldo had a decent performance last season but not this season and I guess it's because he doesn't have much chance to be a starter or it could be his motivation and efforts have started to fade (when he has the desire to leave Man United, most likely his heart is not fully for Man United anymore). I'm guessing Ronaldo will definitely act in the next transfer window and Man United is also definitely reluctant to extend Ronaldo's contract. Despite it all, Man United still needs Ronaldo because Man United doesn't have many options in the attacking line at the moment, at least Ronaldo can be a backup for Rashford.

It’s quite normal for a Club Management to come out and back the coach when he’s underperforming. They can’t say otherwise because it’s the press.
