I think the problems that Bayern Munich are facing are not too serious, they have only lost a few points in the Bundesliga, while in the UCL Bayern performance is still very good by getting 2 wins over Inter and Barcelona. Yeah he is 19 years of age and is already starting for Bayern. It's a good sign that they are handing him chances and it is very good for his development. There is no need to link Tuchel with any team now. Juventus and Bayern Munich are shown as the most likely teams when it comes to his next station. But I don't believe any of these teams will make such move soon. Because the presidents of both teams have already stated that they are going to continue with their managers for a long term. I dont think that the entire Leicester situation is because of their coach. I think the management of the club did a really bad transfer window and that costed the start for a bad season. I am not in support of Thomas Tuchel's move to replace Julien Nagelsmann at Bayern Munich. Tuchel have been sacked in two teams for almost same reason, lack of communication with the players and always whinning and complaining about the team and players after every disappointing game. I don't think Bayern Munich are ready to part ways with Nagelsmann yet, they still want to give him time to improve.

Useful or not - it depends on the situation, that is, if the team's results are terrible, or at least do not suit the management and the team itself, then yes, you need to change the coach and it will be useful.
