Salary isn't the only reason for a player to play in a certain team. If Osimhen feels happy to play in Napoli because he can win trophies and gives big contributions, he may prefer to stay. Well i think after this season Napoli will have a hard time keeping Osimhen or Kvarashelia in this team. I must say, I'm truly impressed by Chelsea's knack for discovering and recruiting young talents from all corners of the globe. The potential of Kendry Paez seems particularly enticing, and I'm eagerly anticipating his debut once he comes of age. In regards to Graham Potter's tenure as coach, it's been far from smooth sailing, but I believe it's premature to dismiss him as unfit for the role. Building a top-tier team requires time, and I think Potter deserves more time to nurture his vision and work with the squad. As for Andrey Santos' loan move, I think it was a wise decision that will reap benefits for both him and the club in the long run.
