David de Gea looks like he is happy at Manchester United now and he is willing to extend his contract sooner rather than later.

However his contract is ending on June 2023 and I still don't see any offer by Manchester United to keep him longer. There has been even some speculations like they will be in search of another goalkeeper and after that they will make their final decision about de Gea. Honestly I wouldn't recommend them to lose a great goalkeeper like him. He is still very impressive with his saves this season. He has played a big role in many games by preventing point losses for his team. They don't need a new main goalkeeper.

I read some news about De Gea who was indeed stalling for time with this contract. On several occasions Ten Hag is actually trying to reduce the gap in player salaries by wanting to spend 200k-300k but De Gea's current salary is 375k which is indeed one of the highest paid players at Manchester United.

as i haven't seen manchester united with other options that are better than him so it's safe to assume he will remain manchester united, even a few months ago i saw an interview where manchester united coach said they need to have a goalkeeper substitute to put pressure on David de Gea so that David de Gea would be more attentive but the manchester coach did not talk about putting David de Gea on the bench, on the contrary he said that they have David de Gea as their main goalkeeper, I saw that on tv a few months ago, that's why I believe that manchester will stay with David de Gea for more seasons

Dude, don't you know that FC Barcelona is in huge financial trouble. They even had to register Gavi as a junion player again because the prolonging of his contract which they did on February was declared as not valid by a court because then Barca would not be within the limit of the salary cap that they are having.
So to say that FC Barcelona would not have a problem to pay the extremely high salary for Messi is just completely wrong. It was Messis extremely high salary demands, that were the reason in the first place why he has left Barcelona. Well Benzema aint young anymore and cannot play all matches in the entire season. In the entire season you have 70+ matches and he needs a good substitute. But you cannot put on the bench Haaland or Oshimen that are playing on the top level.

We criticize the Italian league for having old football players who are close to the retired category, but they know how to get the best out of them. As long as chelsea can agree to play the clause release that was already given by napoli and why not? Chelsea is not a hundred percent losing a chance to get into the UCL next season. Napoli has been a place where Osimen has been considered key this season. I completely disagree with any club's offers regarding Osimen. However, Napoli will try to keep this player. He contributed greatly to Napoli's achievements and became the only luckiest player at Napoli.

Apart from all that, I'm not sure when Osimen is at a club like Chelsea where the level of competition doesn't even improve Osimen reputation but instead can be drowned by other players where in the Premier League every day each player makes himself stand out.
