Chelsea's situation is now pretty comical, lol, they are linked with how many managers, 3, 4, i have even lost count, the team has no direction right now, they are playing like they have no manager. Lampard had a horrendous record at Everton and to imagine that Boehly thought him to be the perfect caretaker manager to handle Chelsea until the end of the season shows how clueless an owner he is, i already knew he was clueless about football when he took over, but his decisions since then has proven it beyond all reasonable doubt.
Having said that, Kompany is definitely going nowhere, he would remain in Burnley for at least another season or two, they are back to the EPL and he is going to be their manager next season, we'd see how good he does as a manager in the EPL, he has conquered the Championship, so the expectation on him is pretty high, if he does well for a season or two then maybe bigger clubs would come for him.

I feel really dumb talking about the manager situation of Chelsea right now. I seriously do not believe that it is worth the time or the effort at all. The mistakes made by Chelsea cannot be attributed to Boely or the players. Prior to Tuchel's dismissal, he successfully used the same players to win many games and only lose a few. However, when Potter took over, he made some adjustments in the midfield which proved to be a great move. The problem with Chelsea's downfall this season isn't because they don't have quality players but because the new Chelsea owner assembled quality players that doesn't suit with the footballing style of the club. I think Neymar should be the start, I am not saying that it would be cheap to get him, but if they can get Neymar, thats not him that you are getting, you are getting a player that can open the doors for other players. Any other player that sees him playing like that in Newcastle would want to join as well and I think that's going to be the case for most players they will get after him.

If you get him, then you can offer money to any player and as long as you pay the right amount, they will come. Today that's not so much, you can pay whatever you want and some players will say they want to play in a bigger club, but if they see Neymar then money would be the only thing they will discuss with the team and they will want to join.
