According to some news I have been hearing about, David de Gea is getting close to extending his current contract with Manchester United now.

This would definitely be the right move for Manchester United honestly. Because de Gea is still one of the most important players for the team. He doesn't make simple mistakes very often and his saves are still very valuable to the team to have a better season. Because I remember many times he saved the team from a disaster with his incredible saves. He is still showing a decent performance except his mistake in the game against Sevilla in the second leg. He is still not too old for a goalkeeper either (32 years old).

There are many unemployed coaches and most of these coaches are interested to join a team like Chslea where they know they can have the perfect player because of the good investment they have in Chelsea and other English teams I think Conte can be a good option because he is working in the premier league and familiar with the situation, also he had a good performance on Tottenham considering the quality of the players in that team.

But on the other hand when talking about Conte I think his cognition is still the same as Lampard's. he failed for Chelsea once and is it possible that when he tries again he will succeed. especially with Conte's characteristics, who always want results for the first season, obviously this is a bit of a bother, I think.

Moving from Thomas Tuchel to Graham Potter was a bad decision by Todd Boehly but moving from Graham Potter to Pochettino will be a disaster. Pochettino is a disgrace to coaching and not a coach with a winning mentalist. What Chelsea needs right now is a coach that knows how to win game both physically and mentally, Pochettino doesn't have any of those ability. It's better we stick with Lampard than Pochettino, atleast with Lampard we can be certain of a top four finish next season even though we don't win the title race , Lampard has done it before with a youthful team but from Pochettino resume, we mightn't even get a top four.

Something tells me Lampard might get the job permanently, he just needs to get the right formation and get things moving at the club for Todd Boehly to back him up but he's destroying his chances with the bad form the squad has been on with constantly getting defeat back to back. If Lampard would had won all his games since he took charge, I believe there would had been calls for him to take the job full time. The only place I want to see Zidane when we think of the options now is PSG in my opinion. PSG is definitely the right place for him to have big successes again just as he experienced with Real Madrid.

PSG are also consisting many quality players. Mbappe and Neymar seem like they are staying now but Messi might choose to leave depending on the situation. He hasn't still extended his contract. But let's say Zidane has arrived then this might be effective in Messi's decision maybe. Messi's priority would be Barcelona anyway of course. Not sure if we are talking about the same teams, but first of all they have been ahead with 2 points, which resulted from the win against Dortmund, which was relatively easy as Dortmund hasn't been winning for an eternity against them and Dortmund is stupid as we have seen against Stuttgart as well. Bayern is leading by 2 points despite playing 1-1 against Hoffenheim. The situation doesn't look good because Bayern is doing well, it looks good because everyone else is doing worse than Bayern. Tuchel turned nothing around. They lost against Freiburg in the DFB Pokal AND they won the game against Freiburg in the Bundesliga because de Ligt scored the single goal of the game, a goal that he won't score again in his entire career. Otherwise another two points would have been lost and it would still be enough to be in front of Dortmund because of the better goal difference. The game against Hoffenheim was one of the worst ever, the whole club admitted that.

Withdrawn himself from the run of being Chelsea manager was a great decision taken by him. I am quite sure that he wouldn’t have been able to live up to the expectations of the fans. I’m sure he would have probably caught Chelsea at least close to the stop for what is the end of next season. That I believe that Chelsea supporters would have wanted more from him.

At the same time. I also do not believe that he is the best person to take Chelsea out of this situation and bring better results. It will be interesting to see which coach Chelsea goes for next.

This is heartbreaking for Chelsea, who are in a precarious position with no manager capable of lifting them out of it. I believe it is how the Chelsea team is managed, and the pressure of high expectations from any manager who takes over the role could be the reason Nagelsmann withdraws from the race.

I'm not sure if Pochettino is a better option right now, but Chelsea needs a coach who is determined and focused on winning games even under pressure. It is good if Pochettino can achieve it, but I doubt it because the players still need discipline instilled in them.
