I'm not completely sure but as I can see Tottenham's situation is even getting worst than last season and they are losing more players because we knew Kane was an important player, they lost him and never bought a player to fill his place and now when Hugo Lloris is getting near to end his contract with Tottenham they are not considering any option to buy a goalkeeper for the next season.

I think that Lloris potentially to be sold for lazio. Lazio is still trying to get Lloris from totenham. The negotiation already stopped for a while but it's continued now. Totenham never had an interest in extending his contract. The club is now focusing on finding a suitable replacement for kane.

Manchester City have best players, for one to suit in, you have to develop good abilities that will contributes to the team's growth. Pep Guardiola already have what he needs this season, loaning Joao Cancelo to Bayern Munich last season, was one of the unwise decisions he made but he doesn't look bother and planning to loan him again but this time with buy out clause. According to this source by Fabrizio Romano, Al Ahli were never in this race to sign Verratti. But it is the truth that there have been some other Saudi Arabian teams trying to sign him lately. Al Arabi are now seriously interested in him and they are preparing to make their first offer for him.
