I don't think the rumour of reintegrating Romelu Lukaku back to the Chelsea first team squad is ever gonna happen because of the fact that the new Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino has earlier stated that the Belgium striker isn't in his plans.
However, if the club manager decides to change his mind about the player and reintegrate him back to the squad, the player will definitely struggle to get playing time and that I don't think is advisable for a big player like Lukaku. It'll be better he leaves the club and joins any other English Premier League club where he'll be getting playing time instead of remaining at Stamford Bridge.

I thought this was all over since there was no further news last May, but it seems things are continuing as they are now. Sheikh Jassim seems so serious about becoming the owner of Manchester United and if he is elected maybe Manchester United can do big spending like other top EPL teams. But the Glazzers still seem to be considering it and even though the £6 billion offer is a lot it's likely the Glazzers won't be giving it away so easily.

Manchester United fans will definitely be very happy if their favorite club is owned by an owner who is very rich and generous in transferring players. If the offer is still rejected by the Glazzers, I think Manchester United fans will be even more annoyed because their favorite club will be increasingly left behind from their city rivals.

Chelsea are again rumored to be interested in bringing in new players and this time their target is one of Lyon's young talents, namely Bradley Barcola. But this is quite a strong wording by Ancelotti I have to say, though he could still hide behind the fact that he is not the one to decide about transfers.

Napoli has made an offer of +30 million euros, which was rejected. Now Veiga has reached an agreement with Al-Ahli and the clubs transfer fee is still missing. With a market value of 30 million euros, I think +40 million euros will be paid. At Al Ahli he would build the team with many new players. Mahrez (City), Ibanez (AS Rome), Mendy (Chelsea), Kessie (Barcelona) and Firmino (Liverpool). That will makes a lot of fun.

Fulham are said to be after Juventus striker Moise Kean now. He has just been made a permanent player for Juventus by paying 30 million euros though. Hence I don't know how keen Juventus would be on this. It can actually be seen as an opportunity to sign Lukaku in his place as well. They have been thinking of bringing Lukaku for a while in the end. But would they like to invest into future with Kean or bring an experienced striker like Lukaku instead? They should answer this question first before taking action.

Kean's contract is a 2-year one though. I wonder if they can even have a long-term deal with him later on in case of keeping him.
