I wouldn't say Chelsea made a mistake signing Enzo Fernandez and Moises Caicedo, they are both excellent midfielders that any manager would wish to have in their side, and they are also very young, Enzo is 22 years old, whilst Caicedo is 21, thus they are for the present and the future (if they decide to stay in Chelsea for the long term).

What i don't agree with is the signing fee for these players, it is definitely ridiculous and far above what their valuation should be, but i guess it is what it is, the transfer market these days is a joke, so much money being thrown around on players that don't even merit it.

I believe that Eden Hazard has been approached by MLS and Ligue 1. But Hazard has decided to retire. I can’t say if the decision was good or bad. But I definitely think that all the injuries that he had been going through had an effect on his decision for sure.

He was definitely a great player when he was in Chelsea. That is why Real Madrid approached to get him in the first place. He did win a lot of trophies with Real Madrid, even though he did not play in the finals many time.  I definitely think that he could continue his career in MLS or the Saudi league or even the Ligue One.  But at the end of the day, I think all of us should respect his decision of hanging the boots. It is actually understandable why he has made this decision. But at the same time it is really sad to see a player like him, ending his career like this.

I guess this is the best possibility for Lukaku and Roma as well as probably Chelsea as well. I mean sure Chelsea would rather sell him to some Saudi Arabian team for 50 million or something, but the realistic approach was just not have him on their books and not pay his salary and still make some money from him. Roma needed a striker until Abraham returns back, and for as cheap as this price, they won't be able to find anyone even close, and Lukaku wanted to play at a top place in a top league, which he sort of got, sure Roma may not be the best team in Italy, but he is still playing in the league he likes so much, for a top 5-7 level team. IMO, it doesn't look like Marco Alonso is the ideal choice for Manchester United. even if they want a replacement, there are several options they could bring in towards the end of the transfer window. as Romano reports, Cucurella, Reguilón, are the right options over Marcos Alonso who has entered the age of 32.  but to bring in Cucurella, United must budget a sizable price. it could also be, Ten Hag is more adapted to the available budget.
it looks like Reguilón could be an option, because the price of this player is not expensive for them to bring them to Old Trafford. but if Ten Hag chooses Alonso, the price tag will be lower than the other two players. besides, Alonso has experience and is an established player. There have been some names lined up to fill LB of manchester united. As far as i know if manchester united has not yet decided which player that's gonna be buying by united. We are very close to the september. It pushes ten hag to take final decision as soon as possible. Pierre's price has been inflated, and it's hard for united to buy him at this moment. I think that taking cucurela from chelsea is far better rather than buying a permanent transfer at this moment. It's caused by united needs to find new LB as soon as possible before the end of transfer season. It's not possible to be realized due to the financial problem that happens with united. United prefers to take new player as a loan instead of buying the new player as permanent transfer. It's not possible to get alonso as a loan from barcelona.

I’m not aware of Bayern Munich’s interest in Mc Tominay but if this is true it isn’t a bad deal at all even for £40 million I feel it is a fair price for Mc Tominay after impressing in the past Euro 2024 qualifiers. The former Ajax and Dutch player who is valued for 30 million can be a replacement for Mc Tominay but I’m not sure if Ten Hag’s interest in Gravenberch. However there may be a possibility since he played for Ajax, Erik Ten Hag has some kind of sentiment towards his former Ajax players.
