The man is a master class when it comes to managing of teams and not only Manchester city cause he has portrayed such brilliance in all the club that he has managed if he leaves the club today I for one think that it would be definitely hard to replace him with such brilliance and I just hope they don't turn to the other half of Manchester that has been struggling since the leaving of their legend of a coach @sir Alex Ferguson.

However, I do not think that Real Madrid will get him, they may think that he could be too risky, the headache that he brings with all his drama doesn't worth the talent that he brings in. If i am not mistaken Guardiola was extended his contract with Manchester City last year and his contract duration will be ended on summer 2025 but until today there was no certain news regarding his current contract whether Manchester City will give him contract extension or they decide will find new manager and this rumour was appears because Guardiola likes how to Roberto de Zerbi handle Brighton because last summer Brighton was lost some of their important players and he still can make Brighton performance is stable at Premier league or Europa league so if someday Guardiola leave then he feel Roberto de Zerbi will be suitable to train Manchester City

Pep is still interesting to stay till his contract will be running out. He has been completing a lot of missions in manchester city started from giving city a few EPL trophies in a row combined with UCL, FA, carabao even club world cup trophy too. Enruque can do whatever he wanna do. There will be no restriction for him to buy any player as long as it can help enrique to win the competition. The club needs also to get the good seed for the future. Regeneration is a must. Buying experienced players will always be good options but it will be also wasting the resources even more compared to the buy the cheap player then develop it based on our gameplay. Enrique has been starting to do that caused by he knew that if he needs to help PSG to build long term squad.

I don't mind if Roberto De Zerbi is a suitable candidate to replace Pep Guardiola but for the next few seasons Pep will still be the only coach who will continue to be managed by Man City. I remember Pep Guardiola was the type of coach who when he felt his duties at  Man City were enough and had built this club by winning various trophies Pep would definitely be happy to leave. Until now Pep and Man City are a unit that is not very important  and according  to my hopes in the hands of Pep Guardiola  the Man City club is on the right track. Even with the contract extension for Osimhen and new manager, I still think if there's a club willing to sign him right now, he would leave without blinking, mostly when it is to a top flight club like Real Madrid or Chelsea which has been rumoured to want to sign the striker..

Manchester City is a top club where your best is needed all the time and not done occasional or more often. Pep Guardiola is trying to become that best coach we're all are witnessing. One thing I've noticed about these coaches that manages mediocre clubs, when they get to the high stage, they failed to deliver the good job they've been doing since managing these average clubs. Roberto De Zerbi might be different from the rest but we should make some illustrations that are clearly good examples. Well, several big European team have brought in several young players who are under 20 years old and this is done because there is great potential in each young player, it just that it not easy to get young players who have potential and really need consideration.

Previously I discussed the move of Sau Paulo's talented young player, Lucas Beraldo, who joined PSG. Now there is another name of a talented young player from Brazil who will join PSG and he is Gabriel Moscardo. A verbal agreement has been reached with Corinthians and we are just waiting for an official announcement from PSG. He is still very young at 18 years and he is a central midfielder who is expected to help the team's performance in this season's competition and the seasons to come.
