~~ Snip ~~
Speculation about the future of the Girona manager is increasingly interesting, because he has the criteria that several big European clubs want. Bringing Girona to become one of the teams challenging for the title, and consistently being in the top four of the standings, is a difficult job. Michel has succeeded in surpassing the performance of other coaches in La Liga such as Xavi and Diego Simeone, he deserves to coach another big club. With the as is squad depth, Michel is able to do difficult work. It could be that if he is given the trust of a team like Bayern Munich or another big team, he can produce better results.
I think he seems to have the technical knowledge to be the head of Bayern Munich, but Bayern could sign a more experienced name. One of the reasons why he brought Tuchel was his experience. I think the possibility of Xabi signing with Bayern should not be ignored. I think Bayern's new coach could be Xabi. Michel can definitely be transferred to a big team as a coach.
Bayern Munchen will not take a big risk in appointing their new coach next season, they will not want to lose another trophy like this season. Xabi Alonso really deserves to be Tuchel replacement, he has a good understanding of the team and the competition in the Bundesliga. His success in managing Leverkusen is the main reason why Bayern Munchen is more interested in Xabi Alonso, Michel does not seem to be the manager they want even though he has succeeded in bringing Girona to an impressive performance this season in La Liga.

The season is not completely over, there are still several important matches that they have to go through in their respective leagues. The coach strategy and quality will be seen from the way they deal with pressure, especially in the period towards the end of the season, the intensity of competition becomes tighter and fiercer. Xabi Alonso and Michel are now the managers most often associated with several big clubs, even though they are still under contract with their respective clubs next season, there is a possibility that they will leave after the season ends.
In fact, this situation is better for Michel because there is a general coach problem in Europe. Teams work with the same coaches over and over again, and these coaches often make similar mistakes. There are many alternatives for Michel and if he is successful in a team other than Girona, then he can become one of the elite level coaches. As for Xabi, he was a technical genius even as a football player. He was directing the game like a maestro. I expected him to be this successful in the technical booth. We are watching great management and player analysis from him. I think many coaches should take lessons from him.

Xabi Alonso is undoubtedly the best manager in all the leagues this season, but I think he needs to repeat the same success once again to prove himself. Actually, at this stage, I don't see any difference between Miguel and Xabi. I think the same about Victor Osimhen, last season he produced great stats but this season he hasn't produced great stats. So, to become an elite manager or an elite footballer, they need to produce good stats for several seasons. Already, we know them to be good managers and good footballers.

There is more information to this than just a coach who led Girona to the top of La Liga with his "cool hands". Girona is well financed. It is not a club that came out of nowhere and played its way to the top with mediocre players. They have invested big time in infrastructure and they have a well formed team within the club that understands how to build football teams. The City Football Group is backing it and they have the money to make sure that the coach stays if they want to keep him. By now the City Football Group owns 12 clubs worldwide. The chairman of Girona is so called Pere Guardiola, got it? Smiley The brother of Pep Guardiola. There are no amateurs at work.
It's a clever move by the City Football Group as they always surprise with a small amount of money but the way they do it is clever. Instead of turning Girona into an instant hit they prefer a more conventional approach where starting from scratch is the way to go.
This season even if you look at Girona is one of the clubs in La Liga with the youngest age range because their players are on average 26.3 years old but their performance is more than expected especially in this season they always surprise us with excellent games and it was not even predictable before that Girona reached this point where they are still perched in the top 4.

Even though in recent weeks their performance has declined a bit and it's like running out of gas while racing but that doesn't reduce the praise for them who are still able to compete with some of the big clubs that subscribe to the top 4 each season.

The contracts of these three players will expire in 2025 so as you said there must be a quick movement if you really want these three players to remain at Liverpool but it also depends on the new coach because after all sometimes new coaches always have different plans and there could be changes in the squad that Klopp has now with the new coach later.

In addition, for Salah I think it's also a little more complicated because seeing from what happened last season it looks like it will still happen this season.
The SPL offer will still continue to disturb Liverpool for Salah it seems especially before the SPL club had offered a price that was quite pantastis where Salah was valued at more than 100 million which surely this could be a more attractive attraction for Liverpool so now it is still a little more difficult for Salah. But for Van Dijk and Trent Alexander I think it's a little easier.
Well it is likely that they will prioritise extending the contracts of some of the players who will leave next season and there is news that Liverpool will try to keep the three players at Anfield and extend their contracts although there is a grapevine where there is a player who must be sacrificed and that is Diaz, but there is still no definite clarity on this matter.

Speaking of Salah, I read some news that it is rumoured that Liverpool could have kept Salah but there are 2 conditions that Liverpool must meet such as Salah wants to get a guarantee with next season's plans because Liverpool will experience a transition of coach changes and Salah wants a guarantee that his position remains safe in the core line-up and the second is that he wants to be given a leak about who Liverpool are targeting now to replace Klopp at Anfield. I think this is an anticipatory step from Salah because if indeed in the end the new coach who will be appointed by Liverpool is not too in line with the ideology that Salah has and can harm Salah then indeed it is likely that he will choose the option to leave Liverpool.

It's a good option if their priority is still trying to extend the contracts of some important players but there are conditions where I don't really like it if they try to get rid of Diaz because after all it's a real difficult choice.

Indeed for this season there are some obstacles that Diaz has with personal problems such as injuries and family abductions before but indeed his contribution I think is still very necessary until now so if it is possible it would be better if they try to keep all the players who are likely still very useful including Diaz.

For Salah, it seems like it is a form of anticipation for his own benefit because by knowing who the coach Liverpool will bring in later and asking to stay safe in his squad if he survives then indirectly he wants a more secure future and I think it is still one of the smart ways to start talks about his future at Liverpool.

Am just going to comment on a random transfer that might be surety in the next transfer window opening.
Mbappe am sure would part ways with PSG as the team is already preparing for a life without him, while fixing their gaze in signing Victor Osimhen from Napoli.  Mbappe has been strongly linked with a move to Real Madrid and am sure that's where he would be playing from in coming season.
Also, there's talks of Manchester United willing to accept negotiations for Anthony who has been short of expectation, while the other Manchester city, may be willing to accept a bid for the German talisman, Debryune, from Saudi Arabia pro league.

It’s all but confirmed that Mbappe will be heading to Madrid except there is a twist In the saga which I don’t expect to happen. Yes the link between Madrid and Victor Oshimen is clear and genuine. They wanted Mbappe and a high profile young striker, while Halaand was there preferred choice it will be huge tussle to take him away from Manchester city. So Oshimen is a better back up choice and will definitely improve the team. With Osihmen and the young Endrick the striking line seems sorted out to me. The problem now will remain who needs to leave to allow balance in the wages, Rodrigo could be the player to be shown the exit door I think.

Anthony has yet to live up to expectations since his arrival at Manchester United, his career seems over especially with the use of Garnacho on his wing, so I am not surprised that United will have to cash on him but it will be at a great loss. The best thing i think is to loan him out to a premier league club to get regular football and probably it could be all he needs

Xabi Alonso and Michel are now the managers most often associated with several big clubs, even though they are still under contract with their respective clubs next season, there is a possibility that they will leave after the season ends.

Bayern Munich poor performance this season does require Munich management to find a new coach solution next season, among all the existing coaches so far Xabi Alonso is a candidate who continues to be linked to become the next coach at Bayern Munich, the success obtained with Leverkusen is certainly an attraction for Munich management to make their coach next season despite the lack of experience he has so far in my opinion.

I think if Munich sign Xabi Alonso next season is like a gamble, indeed we cannot deny that this season Alonso gives a new color to the Bundesliga competition but I think maybe it will be difficult for Alonso to repeat it next season if he becomes Bayern Munich coach, coaching big teams and small teams are two very different things, because both teams also have different ambitions, burdens and targets to be met by coaches and I think the pressure obtained by big team coaches sometimes actually makes coaches unable to bring out their abilities to the maximum because they are constrained by the strict rules that apply in the team, besides that if Alonso later coaches Munich of course he must be able to tame the egos of the star players he has and certainly it is not an easy thing,  It's different when he coaches Leverkusen, the majority of whom are ordinary players.

well, Maurizio Sarri is no longer Lazio's coach, with the bad results that Lazio is having this was inevitable that it would happen, currently Lazio is in position number 9 which in my opinion is not a bad position, but the problem is that last season lazio was in a much better position than it is now and this must have made lazio directors think that things need to change or else lazio will be far from European competitions and to make matters worse in the last 5 games lazio only had 1 victory which leads the management to think that if they don't change coaches then Lazio could end up in a worse position

Maurizio Sarri has just resigned as Lazio manager — decision made

Sarri has informed the club after the defeat vs Udinese and the elimination from Champions League last week.

source: https://www.instagram.com/p/C4asu0XIG05/

Now we have to wait for Lazio's next coach, I don't know if things will change with a new coach, and the fact is that this season the 3 big teams are remaining firm at the top, I'm talking about Inter, Milan and Juventus. So Lazio has no chance of finishing in second or third place in the table. At most, Lazio will only fight for position 4, which won't be easy either, because there are Bologna, Roma and Napoli in contention. In any case, it will be interesting to watch this fight for position 4 and the places for access to the European League and Conference League.

Celta Vigo have fired coach Rafa Benitez with immediate effect

It’s over with the coach with 24 points in 24 games.

Celta Vigo's situation is very serious, they are very close to the relegation zone and the way things are it was predictable that coach Rafa Benitez would be fired, he is a great coach who in my opinion should choose top teams With enough funds to hire good players, being a coach of a small or medium-sized team is not an easy task because the team's budget is very limited and the team's management wants the coaches to perform miracles of getting the team into relevant positions in the table, but they don't look at the investments that those teams that are in the relevant positions made to be in those positions. and when the team is close to the relegation zone or fails to stay in the position that the club's management wants, then they fire the coach. In this case, Celta Vigo only won 5 games in 28 games. the next coach will need to work miracles

Xabi Alonso is undoubtedly the best manager in all the leagues this season, but I think he needs to repeat the same success once again to prove himself.
What for? I think it is not a must to repeat it. Even if he stays in Leverkusen and still has the same squad. It doesn't mean the chance to win the title of Bundesliga will be the same as the current season. Bayern Munich may improve their squad and gets a new coach. Their performance can be better in the next season. Also, other teams in Bundesliga can be stronger in the next season, too. The situation won't remain the same, the chance to win the title of Bundesliga can be different.

By the way, Xabi already proved his quality in many matches. Leverkusen can be in the 1st place of Bundeslige isn't by coincidence. You must know that Leverkusen is also very strong in Europa League. I think it is enough as the proof of Xabi's quality!

Actually, at this stage, I don't see any difference between Miguel and Xabi. I think the same about Victor Osimhen, last season he produced great stats but this season he hasn't produced great stats. So, to become an elite manager or an elite footballer, they need to produce good stats for several seasons.
Miguel?  Huh
Why you compare him with other people?
You can't compare it with no detailed data. You don't explain anything with that comparison.

The rumors are swirling about Xabi Alonso potentially returning to Bayern Munich, where he enjoyed a successful playing career. However I still think he should stay in Leverkusen for at least another season. He build this amazing team and Leverkusen will have millions of additional money for their trophies they probably win and the CL qualification. This will allow them to hold the player and to further strengthen the team with new signings. Xabi is currently the king in Leverkuasen, so he gets all the freedom for planning the new season. In Bayern he will be more tied.

well, Maurizio Sarri is no longer Lazio's coach, with the bad results that Lazio is having this was inevitable that it would happen, currently Lazio is in position number 9 which in my opinion is not a bad position, but the problem is that last season lazio was in a much better position than it is now and this must have made lazio directors think that things need to change or else lazio will be far from European competitions and to make matters worse in the last 5 games lazio only had 1 victory which leads the management to think that if they don't change coaches then Lazio could end up in a worse position
The loses from Udinese is really not acceptable for the fans and Maurizio Sarri always be blamed which what happend to Lazio now and indeed after finish at runner up place last season the fans is really expect Lazio under Maurizio Sarri can able to resumes their good performance but unfortunately lost some players last summer is greatly affect to Lazio performance and Lazio current situations is they have failed on Champion League and in Serie A Lazio only can occupy 9th place with only collect 40 points from 28 matches but Lazio still have any chances to gets the trophy from Copa Italy and indeed their chances to repeat last season achievement will be very hard even potentially Lazio will not playing at European Competitions for next season

Basically Lazio owner didn't sacked Maurizio Sarri because they still give any chances for Maurizio Sarri to at least being an Lazio manager until end of this season but indeed Maurizio Sarri feels he failed to bring Lazio to play well so that's why he was decide to withdraw from his position and about Maurizio Sarri replacement currently Lazio management still considering several candidate such as Tommaso Rocchi, Miroslav Klose, and Cristian Brocchi and we all know all of them is Lazio legend but from all of these candidates reported Lazio probably will choose Miroslav Klose and it says both representative still under negotiation and talking about contract durations

That's the whole point of The City Football Group. They have "invested" heavily into these clubs, as in they are literally making their small transfers for them. Savio is going to City as a basically thank you from Girona, surely they are basically getting the most out of this deal, but they are benefiting.

Teams like Girona, Palermo, Troyes, and many more who are playing in their respective leagues, with backing from this group, and getting a huge amount of scouting network. When one player shines, the group basically puts that player in one of these clubs. It's literally a different way of having an affiliate club, you could just loan any player, but it is basically done in a new form. This helps build City to always have their pick of many players.

It is indeed a strategically interesting construct what they are building. Not only do they have all these clubs around the world, but also are they building these ties with scouting agencies and so on and so forth. They are building academies for young players as well. All of that can feed the biggest clubs they have with the best talents while players that are not immediately making it, can be sent to the other clubs for development. It would be interesting to know what the long term plans are for Girona and whether there is a hidden plan that one day Guardiola is going to have a say there. It would be a small project, but one that he could help develop from the ground up. But maybe it is nothing he wants to do.

I don't know if this year was a chance for Michel or if he will be successful again in the future. I think if they achieve such success again, then it might be right to talk about the best thoughts. I have similar thoughts about Xabi. It is not right to generalize the success of a single season. How he does next year will determine his career. If he is good next year, then a great coaching career could happen for Xabi.

As much as everything shows that Mbappe would be heading to Madrid, I won't believe the rumors until it finally happens. We have seen these things happen for the past 2 summer transfer window so I don't believe much of what I read regarding Mbappe.
It's not news that Madrid wants him and he wants Madrid, but PSG might be ready to do whatever they can to keep him just as they did last year.

Osimhen to PSG is a good move I'd Mbappe leaves. Osimhen would be their main man and he would also score a lot of goals for them. He obviously won't b able to carry the team the way Mbappe did, by if they build their team well they won't need to rely on one person.
If Osimhen can't go to Arsenal, I think PSG is not a bad destination.

The issue of Mbappe will leave PSG is clear, he has no intention to stay longer with PSG. His contract expires and he doesn't agree for an extension. He only has an option to leave PSG in the next transfer window. Sure, Real Madrid is the team that has the biggest chance to sign Mbappe. I even read some articles that stated Mbappe already got a personal agreement with Real Madrid management.

Since Mbappe will leave PSG, PSG must try to get a new striker. Osimhen should be a perfect replacement for Mbappe. But I'm not really sure it will be easy to sign Osimhen because he is also linked with many top teams in Europe. He is rumored to move to EPL, Chelsea becomes the team that is very serious to sign him. But I doubt it, Osimhen must think twice to join Chelsea. He must prefer to join Liverpool, Man United, or Arsenal.

I doubt if De Bruyne wants to move to Saudi league. De Bruyne must prefer to stay in Man City. He still becomes a very important player in Man City squad. I think Man City management won't try to let De Bruyne leaves Man City. His role is very crucial for Man City squad.

That's right, one season is not enough to prove that his skills are really good, either Xabi or Michel need to maintain their performance in the next season. Meanwhile, if Xabi decides to stay in the Bundesliga, especially with Leverkusen, I think he will find it difficult to surpass the record he created, especially if he goes one full season undefeated.

Likewise with Michel, he will face many challenges next season, especially if Girona appears in the Champions League. It's not an easy job balancing teams in two of the most competitive competitions, it's clear things will be very different from this season. Overall, Xabi and Michel deserve appreciation, after successfully managing their fleet well.

Regarding the future of both of them, I believe that many clubs will be interested in recruiting them, and I believe that both of them will become successful managers in the future. If they join a big club, they could be successful every season, because squad depth plays an important role in winning the championship trophy.

Meanwhile, if Xabi decides to stay in the Bundesliga, especially with Leverkusen, I think he will find it difficult to surpass the record he created, especially if he goes one full season undefeated.

As for Michel, I haven't spoken about him yet but it is certain (as far as I've read) that Chelsea made him an offer but the coach rejected the Blues' proposal and said he intends to at least fulfill his contract with Girona until 2026. ... will he "withstand" the pressure until then? I don't think so!

Even if Girona is the club that "revealed" Michel's full potential as a coach, I believe that his quick fame will undermine this current contract.

And I say this with confidence because in addition to the Blues, it seems that Barcelona are also keeping an eye on Michel, as they need to find candidates to take over from Xavi at the end of the season. I also read rumors that Manchester City are watching his movements closely to see if he could be a replacement for Pep Guardiola.

Anyway... the harassment by Michel will be great.

Seeing Leverkusen, which until now has not been touched by other clubs, makes us know that this is a masterpiece that cannot be frozen again. As long as there is Xabi Alonso and the depth of his squad is even, Leverkusen is still the only team in Europe that is unbeaten so far in all competitions. Now it's just a matter of how Liverpool or Bayern Munich convince the Spanish tactician and to be honest, I still want to see Xabi Alonso stay at Leverkusen so that football in Europe will be much more colorful.
I also want Xabi to stay in the Bundesliga, helping this championship become stronger to counterbalance other national leagues, making matches between clubs more attractive. If Xabi comes to the Premier League, this will obviously be good news for fans of this championship, but this tournament has gathered too many good coaches, causing the gap between the Premier League and the other to widen. Coming to Bayern, Xabi will have a squad and economic potential better. In addition, Xabi already understands German football quite well, helping him to better develop his abilities. Another small factor is that Xabi and his family will not have to change their accommodation if they continue to stay in Germany, this is also a small plus point for Bayern.

When a star leaves a particular club it’s quite painful and hard to always move on and especially get a replacement who would fit. What’s more painful is letting the star go for free and that means you’ll be on a loss getting a replacement. In every sphere of life getting a replacement for a quality product or person is usually very hard as you could go through crazy phases and yet still not get the right replacement. This is the case for PSG whom their star man Kylian is set to leave the club.

Kylian Mbappe,  has been forcing his way out for over 2 years now and though the club have managed to keep him on certain occasions but right now they’re no longer able to keep the young man as he’s set to achieving individual limelights to help his career and take on another level of greater challenge. He’s set to join Spanish giants, Real Madrid and the announcement will come in soon for that contract. PSG in a bid to replace him are set to raid Barcelona who are in need for money with some tempting offer for their winderkid, 16 year old Yamal. The offer of over 200m euro prepared by PSG is real mouth watering and very tempting especially to Barcelona who’re currently broke.

Yes this deal will sure destroy the transfer market and make the valuation of players sly rocket again and we know that this isn’t good for football as clubs will now over price their players who won’t be able to even offer anything. Yes the price is quite high even though we know yes, he’s got the quality and can be a good replacement for Mbappe. Mbappe joined this club at a tender age and he’s achieved success at the club, and that’s why the replacement with Yamal is pretty accepted. Well I think PSG should try to reduce the amount and consider other clubs but the player choice is a great one.
Yes, and the one who feels the most difficulty is the team not the player, because the player moved to get what he wanted, moreover this move was also one of Mbappe personal wishes, so PSG won't be able to do much.
Moreover, the transfer is due to completed contract, this makes it easier for Mbappe to go to any team he wants and this condition is different from the previous season where Mbappe was under pressure to have contract extension and an unreasonable selling price.
So many dramas have previously occurred that made things difficult for Mbappe, we also see that Mbappe is really like player who is full of pressure.

Next season, Mbappe will have freedom and of course he wants to be able to play with team that can win the most prestigious title in European competition, namely the UCL, and he decided to join Real Madrid.
Real Madrid is the only most successful team with the most titles and of course players wants to be able to join Real Madrid and win these titles.
PSG decision to replace Mbappe with Lamine Yamal is really surprising, but I think gave such big price because they are currently in player crisis.
Sale of Lamine Yamal for very large price could give Barcelona the resources to be able to bring in players of good quality, they will not waste this opportunity.

Agreement is really close because this season is almost over, we can soon see Real Madrid again having very strong performance with Mbappe.
We will see Real Madrid in condition like some season ago when Ronaldo was still there.

But at the same time there is intense competition from other, more popular clubs when a coach and a team like Girona does incredibly well. We will see a similar a problem occurring for Bayer Leverkusen. The talk is all over the place about Xabi Alonso's next coaching position and I don't even want to know how many players will leave the club by the end of the season. Money could solve some of the problems, but Bayer Leverkusen would never be able to convince the majority of the players and certainly not Xabi Alonso to stay there when there are offers from world clubs like Liverpool.
For Alonso, what is being actively discussed now is a possible transfer to Liverpool or Bayern, and according to the latest news, Alonso is leaning more towards Bayern. Most likely, he can take several leaders with him and you are right, with his departure, some players may also want to change the club. For Bayer and Alonso, now is a golden time, as long as he is doing well, he can choose the best option for himself.
I agree that Xabi will be wanted a lot, but I still warn all these big clubs to be careful anyway. Yes, Xabi is a great manager so far, but he hasn't been a great manager for way too long, he hasn't been even a manager for too long, he has been good for just a while.

This means that if you give him so much responsibility with such a huge club. I get that Bayern would make sense, and yet we need to remember that he is not really that long on his journey and Bayern seems to be bad this season, so he would be required to take over this summer, if he wants to make some moves then make some moves, and suddenly take Bayern back to top again, what if he fails? It's a possibility and he might fail, that's why we need to let him make some mistakes.

That's the expectation that all the management and the fans have. All the new coaches can't guarantee he'll be good. We can only see how history he has made. So I think whoever Bayern Munich coach has the same expectations, there will definitely be pressure for a new coach. If it fails then actually Munich have set an example for Tuchel, they can immediately change another new coach. As a new coach I don't see him badly. He has a wide and long range, he can lift Barcelona to the better and I think people have understood.
