It's a player's decision if he wants to stay in a club or leave, also it depends on his contract signed with the team as well as the teams decision to either keep him or let him go. There is no doubt Ten Hag is not good for the Manchester United but every time he creates room for himself, so currently things are favouring for him to stay for another season even we all know he completely fails to bring positive changes for the team and players improvement which is surely problem with things behind the scene are more troubling.

They have few quality players, but things are still not manageable, and their performance is also not as they needed for having good results if they are able to do changes with all unnecessary players have to leave, and they need to bring players which are suitable for this team and their playing style they have enough sources which can lead them for the new start and again having good spot but it needs tough decisions.

No doubts about the interesting part of it, Jose Mourinho is a big name when you come to European Competitions and Football. But, will he be offered the job to be the next manager of Bayern Munich? I don't think so. If I was the management I won't because Jose Mourinho is too much of a defensive structured manager and his plans wouldn't align with that of the management and the club.

Most likely to mount that job would be both Xabi Alonso and Antonio Conte. I've read opinions of how Antonio Conte would be the most ideal replacement for Thomas Tuchel ahead of the next season. I would love that honestly.
Maybe a chance to work back with Harry Kane. Harry Kane should be his underground agent itching to see him join Bayern Munich.

Most likely they'd also lose core members of the squad over the years ( Joshua Kimmich and Alphonso Davies )

Previously, it was reported that Arsenal were interested in bringing in Sporting Lisbon striker Viktor Gyökeres, but it seems that the Gunners are not satisfied with their list of players and now they have moved again and put Alexander Isak's name on their summer radar. As we know, both Viktor Gyökeres and Alexander Isak are players from Sweden and both are spearheads for their national team.

If we look at Aleksandar Isak's statistics with Newcastle this season, he has scored 12 goals in 20 matches and last season he scored 10 goals. Actually, as a striker, Alexander Isak is quite productive and could be a solution for Arsenal in the attack line. It seems that Mikel Arteta will also not have full hopes for the performance of Gabriel Jesus, who often suffers from injuries and because of this, Arsenal needs refreshment in the attack line. I strongly believe arsenal will recruit isaak as a new striker, Isaak isn't a bad  striker. I will value him far more than Viktor or Toney. Even though his name rarely appeared on the scoreboard, his contribution was significant for Newcastle. He was consistently scoring although it was not often and I believe isaak is a valuable player but he will be interesting to join in the arsenal rather than stay in newcastl.
It would be better for Arsenal to get him out of Newcastle than to sign another overrated striker like Victor or Toney. I strongly believe Arsenal should acquire him rather than another striker. Newcastle may also offer a reasonable price for isaak. I was also aware of how much he contributed to Newcastle.
Jesus was injury prone, no reason to always have hope in him even more caused by arsenal has entered into the crucial moments. His performance was also declining significantly. It is time for Arteta to look for someone who is capable enough of becoming Arsenal's new striker. I believe that If isaak is one of the best options for this consider he is good and cheap.
I don't see a more deserving striker other than him. Isaak's performance is far superior to that of Osimhen, who is currently playing for Napoli in the Serie A. Arsenal needs a new striker. I'm just pointing out that isaak has a good positioning as well.
