Toni Kroos has announced his retirement from football after EURO 2024 competition, his club side Real Madrid confirmed his decision today 21-05-2024.

Toni Kroos who is currently playing for Real Madrid was signed into the club in 2014 at the sum of €25million and ever since then he has remained Madrid's most valuable central midfielder and has shown a lot of commitment to the Madrid team and has won about 22 trophies while playing for the team but the German international footballer is just 34 years so i wonder why he chooses to retire at this time when he still have more years that he can still cope to play perfectly before age comes up with him but however, no matter the reason for his decision, it ought to be respected so i wish him well in other endeavors of life after his retirement.

I have to say, it's too early. Toni Kroos is definitely a great footballer, and it was a real treat to watch him play. But he made his own decision, and we respect that. He did well for us, and we Madrid fans are going to miss him.

There is an update on Sesko's transfer. It is clear that he has received some offers from the Saudi Pro League, but he is not interested in leaving European competition this time and want to continue his career even longer in the eureopean club. His intention to play in the Serie A or Premier League remains unchanged. Leipzig is also making every effort to keep him at the club for an extended period of time and he tries very in making it happen soon.

To me it wasn’t a decision made because of his team performance because he was certainly in the title race then and was just few points behind Dortmund if I could remember and had actually qualified for the Champions League Knockout stages without losing a single game in the group stage then, overcoming Barcelona and then potential finalists Inter Milan. So yes they were wrong to sack Neglesmann, he would have been the perfect person for them considering his age too.

Now Bayern wants to hire someone that could play better football and also Stay longer that’s why the likes of Mourinho and Conte aren’t even considered. I disagree with you about De Zerbi edging Kompany because to me they both are of the same class, both still raw and haven’t mastered their game well. I think Aston Villa are quite serious about this, especially since they are ensuring themselves to appear in the Champions League so they have to strengthen one of their sides and maybe bringing in Ronald Araujo could be the right solution. Maybe the problem comes back to Barcelona who often retain their players and I hope this time they can consider it properly.

We have clubs that's trying to open bids for Barcelona players this summer. Barcelona suffering from finance challenges but it doesn't mean they should be gambling with the available assets in their possession. However there's more value placed on Uruguay international, perhaps he has other priorities to reach and Barcelona is just the perfect club to allow him reach these targets.

I do not know about the managerial career of him. I know that he was a very good defender back in the day. I also know that he is currently the coach of Burnley. And Burnley just got relegated. So I do not think it is going to be a very wise idea to actually get him as the coach of Bayern Munich. They should look for someone who has already been able to prove himself. Chelsea experienced a decline in their performance and quality as title contenders after the change of ownership, Chelsea's current demise began to become something surprising after previously they continued to be at the top of the rankings, the change of coach from Tuchel to Pochettino certainly gave great hope for fans to see the revival of Chelsea, but this season Chelsea actually experienced a fairly difficult journey even to reach the Conferrence League on In the middle of this season, but slowly Pochettino was able to lift Chelsea game performance to be even better even though it was quite late but finally Chelsea were able to end this season to be able to play in European competition next season.

Mauricio Pochettino has made quite poor and good decisions for Chelsea this season. The coach should not only share the blame for the poor performance of the team but also the owner, Todd Boehly for failing to recognize potential talents and signing average players.

Look at Arteta during his first season, there were huge challenges and the vast majority of Arsenal fans chanted him out but today, look at the tense improvement in the Emirate stadium for the Gunners. They've been consistently following up Manchester City for the EPL title race and there's hope and opportunity for them again next season.

This is not going to be possible anymore because Pochettino has been sacked by Chelsea. Sky sport has reported that Mauricio Pochettino leaves Chelsea by mutual consent after just one season in charge. I do not see this as a surprise because Pochettino did not convince the fans and the board that he was the right man for the job. Without Cole Palmer this season, Chelsea were not able to win games and they receive alot of disgraceful scoreline from their opponents that they have not received before. All season Chelsea were playing like a mid table team and not like a top 6 team that they are. Chelsea has alot of young players and they need a very good coach that can help them to build their talents and become top players.it was a good decision to sack Mauricio Pochettino.

Awwww maaaaaan! I really hoped to see his later years as well, I knew that his time at Real Madrid was coming to an end, it was obvious that they got so many midfielders to get themselves ready for when Kroos and Modric leaves, so it was about time but I assumed he would be like at Saudi league or something to make it possible for us to see him dominate once again, he would turn the clock back and be a superstar there again.

In any case, I thank him for many years of joy he brought, along with Modric of course, those two were amazing and they definitely showed the world how two midfielders should be and they did their best, winning so many league titles and champions leagues together. Anyone who expected Pochettino to stay at Chelsea after this season is either they didn't pay attention to what that guy actually presented to the team this season or they aren't a fan of the club who love mocking Chelsea and trolling their poor performance or the person doesn't watch most of Chelsea match at all. If not for the fact that Chelsea has done a lot of mistakes by sacking some coaches during the half way season, he should have left before now because I don't see any difference between him and Lampard.

I don't see any reason for Chelsea letting Pochettino go, he might not have got them to the top 4 as expected due to some circumstances of which any real Chelsea fan knows why, but then finishing in an Euro league spot is not bad for the team. It took Pochettino till almost the end point of the league to figure out the problem and fix it and even took them to the position they finish which wasn't expected by lots of fans. If you noticed many of his players started to understand his game plan and began to perform at their best, such players with same gameplan and additional players to the squad could've helped Chelsea secure a Champions league spot but a new coach with new gameplan might take them back to their previous state which would be very bad for the players and club entirely. I think those are the things Todd Boehly should've considered instead of wanting to terminate his contract, Poch needs a 2nd chance.
