They have changed too many coaches in the last few years. They had a machine system. This system could even manage itself. But they tampered with it too much and broke it. When I look at Bayern Munich, that's what I see. On the other hand, I'm not too pessimistic about Vincent Kompany. He had limited opportunities at Burnley. At Bayern Munich, he can find the environment he wants. I think his system of play is in line with the times. Well, I guess Manchester United is not worried about the biggest problem that they have right now. I am pretty sure that if they had any decent coach, this same squad is going to be able to bring in better results. I think the coach that they have right now is just not fit for the job.

I do not understand what the authority is thinking. He has problems with a lot of the players in the squad. you know a  lot of players actually left Manchester United who were very passionate about Manchester United just because of him. and the authorities are still interested in keeping the coach. Nagelsman dismissal was the beginning of Bayern Munich's current slump, the arrival of Tuchel who was previously expected to be able to lift Bayern Munich performance actually failed and finally had to get sacked at the end of the season, after not finding the right coach of course Kompany is now the only coach available and they can get with easily, it's hard to believe indeed about everything that happened to Munich this season,  Failed to win the Bundesliga, failed in the Champions League and even they failed to get an experienced coach, so it can indeed be said that this season Bayern Munich is a club that failed miserably in my opinion.

Yes this will definitely make The Glazers and INEOS who are currently handling the sporting aspect of the club something to think about. Two season three finals and two trophies that’s a way to start if you ask me. People will tell you he is 8th in the league and I say even Arteta spent two seasons outside the top 6 and currently they are league contenders. I doubt with Komapny as good tactician for Bayern Munich next season will be success or make Bayern has flop performance for the first season, Kompany hasn't much experienced yet as manager except his achievement success promoting Bunrley to Premier League but only existing one season before relegating to EFL Championship back. Bayern Munich is Bayern Munich and even a bad coach will be in the top 3 or 4 in the Bundesliga with the team without making a contribution. Yes, it is currently modern to bring in recently retired footballers as coaches, but you have to differentiate between tactical players and simple players and Kompany was never a tactician like Xabi Alonso or Zidane for me. That's why I think it was a huge mistake for Bayern to hire him as coach. I also don't understand what is expected of him when he didn't even manage to stay in the PL with Burnley?
