They have changed too many coaches in the last few years. They had a machine system. This system could even manage itself. But they tampered with it too much and broke it. When I look at Bayern Munich, that's what I see. On the other hand, I'm not too pessimistic about Vincent Kompany. He had limited opportunities at Burnley. At Bayern Munich, he can find the environment he wants. I think his system of play is in line with the times. If you say that he should have had better achievements before working at Bayern Munich, I agree with you, but I don't think Vincent Kompany is a bad manager.

Yes, it is currently modern to bring in recently retired footballers as coaches, but you have to differentiate between tactical players and simple players and Kompany was never a tactician like Xabi Alonso or Zidane for me. That's true, Bayern Munich will remain one of the ruling teams in the Bundesliga, but by appointing Vincent Kompany as manager next season, I think many people will doubt that Bayern Munich can reclaim the Bundesliga trophy from Leverkusen. It's possible that Bayern Munich management no longer wants to be rejected, that's why they appointed Vincent Kompany, who definitely won't turn down the opportunity to coach a big club. It’s surprising how most of these clubs are changing their coaches though some will be leaving at mutual agreement while some were sacked. It will definitely affect some clubs just as it did to Napoli after they won the league last season and started to struggle when while Lucciano Spalletti left at mutual consent and some clubs will be lucky to still retain their performance despite bringing in a new coach.

Moyes performance was getting worse and they needed to replace him, i have not heard any news yet about Manchester United and Ten Hag parting ways but there are rumors of it already, Ten Hag needs to be replaced because the team’s performance seem to be getting worse every new season. Tuchel is not deserving to be Bayern Munich coach next season, i don’t know how difficult it is to coach a ready made team that always dominate the league but Tuchel led them to their worst season winning no trophy at all.

It’s time for Kloop to leave Liverpool after spending many years with the club and winning them trophies so i think their is always an end to anything with a beginning.

Well the party is over already and now Juventus have had some poor results which wasn’t expected though but they’re a football team and football is a game. I think the fans should take it easy as they don’t expect to have great results match in and out as this same Allegri have also won for them the Scudetto and they should know that the league is quite competitive and other teams also want to shine. Spaletti is said to be one of the huge favorites to replace Allegri and I think that’s not a great option right now though except he’s mentally ready.

Yes, he said he's done with the managerial task with Madrid seasons ago but it won't be harmful either if he opts to play a role in the English team's growth. United themselves know how much of a good impact his presence would bring and so by all means necessary they'd want to bring the tactical boss to their side. At thesame time, watch how much of a positive difference he would make for the team. It'll testifyingly be the best decision they'd ever make though so far. But let's hold on to that whilst watching if they'd be able to make the boss join them.

 The European contests too was there. He had been able to put the team in the spotlight which they need to excel but luck didn't just shine on them. The players he's worked with are definitely improving in their abilities too. Just like Pep in City, Klopp is been a savior to Liverpool and they'd definitely have to get to some greater heights before he exits the team soon. His exit from the team would definitely have some impacts in the team's performance ahead either positively or negatively. It's only best to avoid the negative effects.

I think most people think the same. Kompany isn't a proper coach for a big team like Bayern Munich. It is quite confusing Bayern Munich management decides to hire Kompany. Even if Kompany can win a small trophy with Burnley, it doesn't prove anything that Kompany is a potential coach in the future. Under his management, Burnley returns to EFL championship again. Kompany actually failed with Burnely this season, there is no reason to assume he will be good for Bayern Munich. Kompany is also not a legend player of Bayern Munich, he never played there.

I don't want to believe that Barcelona's style of football was the reason behind his drop but whatever be the reason, I think he just have to leave the club if he seriously wants to ressurect his dying career once again.
Bayern Munich is one of the biggest clubs in Europe and now that they have a new young manager in Vincent Kompany, I think the Netherlands international will excel at Bayern Munich if he joins them this summer. De Jong is without doubt a very young player but if he doesn't start living up to his potentials from next season, we might just consider him as an average player.

De Jong was a very good player at Ajax and still is a good player for Barcelona, he played a good role in Xavi winning the league in the 2022/23 season and still performed well this season, though the results from the entire team, coupled with the injuries faced in the club affected his performance this season but I still see him as a good player that would make the first team of any squad. Well leaving the club won't be a bad idea, since the atmosphere at Barcelona currently is not something to be compared to the time of Messi, Xavi and Iniesta but then a new coach is replacing Xavi which is Hansi Flick, he's a good manager with experience and could bring a change to Barcelona's atmosphere and get them kicking again. If De Jong is part of his big plans then I don't see a move to another club for De Jong this season Hansi Flick could help bring out the best in him again, just like Erik Ten Hag did at Ajax before he left for Barcelona, if Flick succeed in setting things right, maybe we could see a better De Jong next season.

Yeah, Barcelona is the very best team when it came to bringing up young talents over a longer period of time! It worked out well for them to bring players up from La Masia. But recently they haven't been very successful and made some transfer decisions that just went wrong. Or maybe you can't say it went wrong, but they couldn't achieve the same level as Real Madrid now has been doing for a long time.

Sure Madrid did not win the title in season 2022/23, but that had some other reasons and Real Madrid was still the stronger team in my opinion, they just weren't able to live up to their potential in La Liga whereas Barcelona put full focus on La Liga. Now I don't see it coming that Barcelona will leave Real Madrid behind again. Transfers will be an important part of the game though, but it feels like Barcelona is still forced to save rather than spent money.

It's confirmed by romano if two clubs are pushing to get olise from palace. Im not even doubting it since manchester united lack of good player in the squad. The club needs to sign a new player but hold on. Does united have money for this? I've heard that glazer gave less than 50 millions for ten hag this season.
How can united recruit olise as a new player? I meant united has no money this time to recruit him. This will be another useless competition. United needs urgently to sell some of their talents as soon as possible considering it's in the competition with chelsea.

Im wondering what's gonna be a plan for ten hag to raise the money to get olise from palace. We do know that how ten hag had spent a lot of money but he still got nothing other than carabao cup.
