I will rather a coach who has enough experience in thr Premier League Competition. Roberto De Zebri is the ideal replacement for Mauricio Pochetino for next season. I still ponder why they sack Mauricio Pochetino though.

Yeah De Zerbi is another candidate who might be a good replacement. I said Xavi because of thinking that he isn't actually a bad manager. He has managed Barcelona for less than 3 years time so he isn't very experienced.

However Xavi looks like a manager who knows how to work with young talents. He is giving the chances they need for their development. Besides Barcelona actually got a La Liga and Super Cup titles in the previous season. This season wasn't good enough but there are always ups and downs for most teams.  

Anyways, when it comes to the reason of Pochettino's sacking it is hard to tell. It was a meaningless decision of the chairman.

Pioli has stated that if he learned english competition now. Any club that is willing to recruit him as a new coach? Pioli was not that good in acmilan but he may be able to perform better in the EPL. Finally, he has made a final decision to go to the english premier league.

Yes, that true and from what Stefano Pioli said, it can be concluded that he has the intention of trying to build team in the Premier League and of course this is an interesting thing considering that Stefano Pioli is also great coach.
But it is possible that Stefano Pioli will rest for some time in the future, as he said about taking break from the coaching chair after leaving AC Milan.

Conte was not a priority target for Partinopei's recruitment efforts for the upcoming season but the situation has forced napoli to do that. Napoli had been eyeing Gasperini from Atalanta, but things have altered since Atalanta won the Europa League trophy and it gives gasperini another chance to keep become a coach for atalanta. The club is interested on making a new offer for Gasperini and it seems like that gasperini has almost reached a new deal with atalanta following the latest report. Conte has been offering Atalanta an alternative answer as a new coach who must be hired by the club.
Conte and Napoli have nearly reached an agreement and i hope it'll be finished very soon. It wasn't that horrible to hire Conte as Napoli's new coach. Conte has an excellent track record in the Serie A competition and no doubt that napoli shall recruit him as a new coach. If the club attempts to attract him as a new hire, they are not on the wrong way considering the fact that conte has ever won serie a trophies many times.
