It's not about big teams coming for him that is the problem, the question is can he deliver in such big clubs? You see most of these players flourish in clubs with zeros expectations. A team where there main objective is just to survive in the premier league and finish as high as possible in the league, their fans understand this very well and they don't demand much from such players. But when these player move to bigger clubs with bigger expectations on them, you will begin to see that such players will flop. We have see numerous cases like that and I hope that Olise don't just fall into that class.

From my own perspective, a few of the coaches sacked or yet to be is not something we would love to see happen, the rate at which coaches are being sacked with immediate effect and not giving them enough time to cope with the players is not supposed to be so. A few managers do have a really bad management result during their very first and second coaching season with time they become outstanding in their leagues. In the Premier League sacking Pochettino is a bad idea, wanting to sack Ten Hag also not supported while Klopp is getting retired, who knows the incoming coaches might even be worst and in same way they will also be sacked.

No doubt, coaching changes are like a revolving door. Its challenging, with Pioli leaving Milan, Pochettino and Ten Hag leaving too soon. Like the boardroom, the pressure is on and occasionally people arent treated fairly. Coaches need time to build something great. Creating a winning team takes time. It requires vision, trust, and hard effort. Firing a coach every other season creates instability, not success. Its the way things are, as you stated. We don't have to like it. We might be able to offer these folks some breathing room. Let them develop their team and demonstrate their skills. If they dont work, modify them. But don't shoot at the first sight of peril. They can also look at Antonio Conte who is vacant. He is a good tactician and will help these talented players.

Conte would absolutely be a great choice. Maybe even the best one. Because as you know Conte already has a history with Chelsea. He made Chelsea Premier League and FA Cup champions once each.  

While he is available why don't they just go for him first? If I were Chelsea chairman my priority would be to do that. However I haven't even heard his name among those many rumours. I just want to see them finding a decent manager and not giving up on him easily just as they did with Pochettino.    This isn't the road going to success for sure.
