Chelsea is an unbelievable club filled with so many bad decisions. What's all the hype around De Zerbi? I'm not totally impressed with what he did at Brighton. Beautiful football is not all there is to the game. I understand and agree that playing beautifully is good but building the team and winning is also important. You need to develop the players, and win games. Brighton under De Zerbi loses by too many margins, and they concede a lot of goals.
I believe De Zerbi will do better in a not-so-big team. Or maybe Juventus will be a good team for him, but Chelsea will be a bad idea.
It's all my speculation though and how I view the game, but I believe there is a different pressure in Chelsea than Brighton.
In the situation where Chelsea is now, they need an experienced manager. They need a manager who can care about winning too.

I think Barcelona has made the right decision. If they let him go for 60 million, they wouldn’t have found a player who is equal or better than him with that money. So in my personal opinion, Barcelona made the decision that is going to help their club in the long run.

By the way, I think this could also be an indication that if they want to get this player, they will have to spend more money. So I think Barcelona might actually get much more better offers for him from other clubs. Because he is definitely a good player. Although the previous agreement was until 2027, but apparently after Aston Villa's historic first Champions League appearance and 4th place in the EPL the management decided to renew and extend the agreement with Unai Emery.
Great decision for both sides, because Emery is just great at coaching average teams and making them successful, as he did before with Sevilla and Villereal, and now with Aston Villa and the club management now has a reliable head coach with whom they can build a strategy for years to come.

Even if Xavi has a similar style as Pep Guardiola and Xabi Alonso, there is no guarantee to be easier successful in Chelsea. We know Chelsea has a complicated problem, too. Chelsea is not so different with Man United, these teams are difficult teams to manage by any coach in the world. I think only a coach who has a good charismatic characteristic like Zidane who can manage the team. Unfortunately, there is no way that Chelsea can ensure Zidane to be their next coach.

Well Xavi may have great intelligence but Xavi still doesn't have enough successful experience in a top team. With Barcelona, Xavi failed to win UCL or Europa league competition. Xavi also failed to win domestic trophies in his second seasons managing Barcelona. Well, the reason may be about the quality of Barcelona squad. But I think Xavi should go far in international competitions and win at least 2 domestic league. I think the only problem now if Chelsea are considering Conte for next season is where they must be able to convince and reduce Conte's sometimes uncontrolled emotions.

Conte is a good option even if compared to some other rumors between Chelsea and the coach then indeed Conte is the most normal and best to date but Conte's problem is that he doesn't really like the old stuck so he only wants to meltih when what he thinks is good looks good and does not hesitate to leave if indeed the plan he implemented does not work well for his club.

Therefore he did not last long with a club because the longest he coached a club was 2 seasons so that this could indeed be a condition that was not very good if indeed Chelsea hoped for a long term.
The case of Tottenham before the Postecoglou era should be a consideration that in the end if they want Conte to be at Chelsea then they must be prepared with conditions like this.

Raphinha was a very good player while he was in the premier league,his pace and dribbling ability made so many clubs sought after him in the transfer window,he was finally bought by Barcelona,and ever since then,he has been showing incredible skills whenever he's been called upon to play.Because they are in the Champions league for next season,they won't want to sell him now, because he is still their star man.But I think if a club offers close to 75 million pounds to Barcleona,they would sell,as long as it is on the player's mind to leave.

Of all the coaches you mentioned i don’t see anything special in them, Conte was once our coach and he is known for his defensive strategy and considering the caliber of players in Chelsea i don’t think that style of play would suit them. As for Nuggelsman he is also good but Chelsea needs a coach that would be able to manage these youngsters properly.

For the fact that a club is declared financially unstable doesn't mean that the club doesn't have funds to run the club but instead it means that the club cannot afford further expenses outside the ones they are already running within the club so if Barcelona can afford an important player like Robert Lewandowski and can still pay his salary and other entitlement doesn't mean that the club has enough finance and if the media is wrong about the financial state of Barcelona then why didn't the club rise up and debunked it instead of keeping quiet and if you check Barcelona during the time of Lionel Messi you will know that the club wasn't as silent as they are now even though the influence of the Argentine international professional footballer also aided the team but yet Barcelona were financially capable so nothing is hidden under the sun, if Barcelona had enough cash i think they would have made some good signings so the financial status of Barcelona still maintains that the club is lacking funds.

The future of Barcelona is in the hands of the president, Joan Laporta. He's one of the top pillars of the club but his management doesn't seem to be promising as expected, watching Barcelona decline and this have been really one of the unnecessary run for the club. I am not quite familiar with this new coach but I know that it is not based on the former record of a coach that will reflect his performance in a new team. A coach can have a wonderful record coming from a club and then when he gets to a club like Chelsea becomes a big flop, we saw that with Graham Potter. Xavi is a good choice for Chelsea also but I haven’t heard any news linking to Chelsea contacting Xavi to be their new coach, not even a rumour about that have I heard. This is transfer window and we're seeing club recruiting new coaches with potentials. It's amazing how everything worked out so good for some coaches and play out roughly for some. Maresca is coming and I believe him to be one of the promising coaches in the EPL next season. Todd Boehly happens to be one of these owners that quickly runs our of patience and he'd taking decision that's absolutely not suitable for the club side. Chelsea is one of the best club in London but if Todd Boehly continues like this, there are quite important  phases that would affect the club's pattern of play.

This is good point we need to be had this with 2 years or 3 years better because giving 5 years contract is big deal and this can bring some problems for the both parties as well.
There is no doubt things are going pretty interesting into Aston Villa with they are having good end of their last season and chances are high they could be stayed at this level in future as well because they are doing good job and having sources as well which are important for the staying at this level, but now next season could be challenging because we are having few teams are doing their best for having better end and better spot in the future.

This seems to be the plan since the beginning[1]. Based on what I've read, the long-term contract is probably to ward off other clubs from approaching him in the middle of the season, likely because they will have to pay more to get his service. I'm not sure how much the money for breaking the contract is, but it sounds like Villa is confident this new contract will help them establish a longer partnership with him. I'm sure he's doing a good job behind the scenes, hence why the management is confident to reward him with this new contract.
