If he does make a restructuring, it will drag on for at least several seasons. And here the question arises: will the club owner wait so long for results? Judging by the fate of previous managers, there is no patience here. Todd Boehly's decision disappointed blues fans. They are delighted with Pochettino's performance, but many people were disappointed to see him replaced by a substandard coach like Maresca by todd boehly.  So many parties never expect this to happen.

Long-term contracts may be signed, but unsuccessful results can spell the end of any coach. I would just like to see more experienced coaches at Chelsea.
