You're right though they can't be very active in the transfer market cause their squad seems balanced and rotating the team with numerous new players every season could affect the squad in a case where some new players find it difficult to adapt to into their style of play or sustain early injuries due to pressure and tempo of the Premier League, but then, that doesn't mean they shouldn't strength some areas, this is a team that's made runner up for two seasons straight and would be more focused on winning the EPL next season so they need every area of the squad to be well checked especially in defence and attack, as for Midfield, they're good to go.
